Yeah, it was busy. Couldn’t find parking. So just dropped them off.

Woke up late today. I had a shake for lunch. Going to have another one for dinner. Having coffee with almond milk.

I think Christmas Eve dinner will be soup. San Coche. A lot of provisions. I might take over a bottle of wine.

Yeah, I just have really bad insomnia most nights. I’ve tried everything. And most work for one night. I just need to get into a sleep routine. Which means not sleeping in. I eventually fall asleep in the morning or if I eat a big meal. But I’m trying to lose weight so I try not to eat after dinner. Tonight I’ll try to go to bed at 10 pm. I’ll take my ambien at 945 pm.

I hope that I’ll get the COVID vaccine before summer. Im the last to get it. But I can get it either through Walgreens pharmacy or the VA, whichever is quicker.

So I have 4 days this week to lose weight. I hope I can lose 2 pounds this week before Xmas.

Well it looks that my brother will be staying with me longer than planned. until he gets the vaccine. My mom is still going next month.

Saving all my calories for San cocho and apps. Still going to try to eat less.

Fell asleep at a decent time last night. I slept on my couch. I will do the same tonight and the next several days. Then I’ll try to sleep on my bed after that.
 
So I made it till dinner to eat. I had one oxtail piece and a small pork ribs and a plantain dumplin. I also had 2 crackers with Brie cheese.

My sisters bought me some gifts. I got something good. An electric blanket that I can use on my couch. And wine and other stuff.

The kids has tons of gifts. Most will be open tomorrow.

I don’t think I’m going to my sis tomorrow. I will let her stay there with her family. Let them get some quality time. They work hard during the week. She is getting vaccinated next week since she a nurse clinical director. She is usually with hospice in nursing homes.

My other sis should be getting vaccinated too. She is a home health nurse. So she has COVID patients

My vaccine will be last. Everyone gets priority over me.

These past 2 days. I’ve been using my alarm on my phone. I would set a time and I would promise myself that I won’t eat until then. Then when I reach the time I would evaluate my hunger levels. I did great so far.

Like tomorrow I set my alarm for 11 am. So this is intermittent fasting that I’m doing. If I’m not hungry during that time I set another alarm for several hours ahead. So far it’s working.

Tonight I’m having fajitas. I’m making ground turkey with peppers and onions on a romaine lettuce. I’m using a fajita packet. With pico de Gallo which I’m making.

I’m only having one meal today. But I’m drinking a lot of coffee. I switched from the instant ones and bought the McDonald’s coffee. Finally bought a coffee maker with a shutoff timer and programming.

Yesterday I had one slice of pepperoni cheesier pizza from lil Caesar’s and 3 breadsticks and an egg.

The last couple of days I’ve been having one meal at 6 pm. Tomorrow I’m going by my sis so I’m not sure when she’s cooking.
 
Did 10 min of a cardio dance workout YouTube video and just half of a 15 min upper body strength training with 5 lb weights. Have to build up. Felt good. Haven’t exercised for a while!
 
Late at 1030 pm. I had a meal of an egg with pico de Gallo that I pan seared with a 2 oz of ground turkey. With 2 slices of bread and a slice of cheese.

around 200 calories for dinner and 350 cals for 2nd dinner. And another 100 for almond milk and veggies. 650 for the day.

Ate at 630-1030 so 4:20 on IF
on Monday I’ll change my dinner to 8 pm If I can. Tomorrow I’ll try to eat one meal again. Just what my sis makes. So probably pork.

I did have pickles and celery stick so I can munch on during the day.

Glad the weekend is over. Hopefully I can lose some weight by Thursday!!! Get down to 141 lbs.

New Year Eve we r eating apps.
 
So I did 30 min of cardio dance on YouTube. I also did 6 out of 10 min abs. And I finished 15 min of the upper body strength training (which I couldn’t on Sat).

I would love to get up early and do my workout. And run some errands before I go by my mom tomorrow.

I did pay all my bills today for Jan 1st. Can’t wait until I get the stimulus. It’ll help me pay off the boiler.

Ended up eating several bowls of cereal late last night. Breakfast today was 2 red velvet donut holes and coffee with creamer from Heavenly’s.

Right now I am starting on a fast. Hopefully I can do it. The nighttime is the hardest. I like to eat and watch tv. Tonight I’ll turn the tv off. And will not leave my bed to get food.
 
So my first goal until 7 pm today is to drink water only. No more coffee or Diet Coke. And not to snack or eat anything.
 
I started 2020 at 130 lbs. Lowest was 126 lbs in Jan. Highest was 148 lbs in Dec.

I’m ending 2020 at 143 lbs!

Had a lot of fried foods and alcohol yesterday for NYE. Spent time with my sisters and their family and of course my niece and nephews. Had a great time.

New year, new me!!! My plan this year is to get back into the 130s.

I’m going to start small and try to lose 3 lbs first.

So 1GW: 143.6 lbs
