Did not do another video. Will do one tomorrow when I get up.

Still up. Guess I’ll try to sleep again at 1 am.

Today I had one yam. Some rice and beans. One mozzarella stick that I microwaved. Tomorrow I’ll probably have shrimp. And I think I’ll have rice and beans tomorrow too. And will buy some more on Saturday. There is a Spanish restaurant that sells it for cheep. Probably buy it with half a roasted chicken.

So I did not do too bad today! Did not eat breakfast just coffee and almond milk did not eat until 4 pm or so. Then a late dinner at 10 pm Since I was up and hungry. Did not go overboard with my late dinner.

Today I got up early and did a 30 min cardio dance workout video on YouTube. Will do another one later today. Would like to increase it to an hour.
 
Yup Cate! I finally woke up earlier than usual to fit my workout in. I hope to do the same tomorrow.

I did another 10 min warmup and a 30 min cardio dance YouTube video. I might do an ab workout before I go to bed.
 
Today I skipped breakfast and lunch. I had a coffee with almond milk and Splenda and Diet Coke. No water. Will remember to drink at least a glass. Felt sick last time I only drank water all day with nothing else liquid. It gave me a headache too. I did lose weight. But I need other liquids to feel better. Food was the same. I probably felt more full so ate less.

Ate dinner at around 4 pm, I had a pork taco with pick, sour cream, caramelized onions, and I think that’s it. Then I ate half a steamed sweet potato with ketchup and sriracha at around 10 pm. I hope I can sleep and will try again at 1120.

I want to get up early to do my workout. Planning on doing 2 30 min cardio dance YouTube video.
 
Still awake and succumb to a Twinkie. My bro went grocery shopping and bought a lot of junk. And I had a slice of bread and cheese.

At 141.8 lbs!!!

I woke up late today so I did not get to do my morning workout. And I’m by my sis till night. My sis is making lasagna and invited me for dinner. So I can’t say no. I’ll just eat a little portion.

For lunch I had one pork taco.
 
So my sis made stew chicken, white rice, steamed cabbage, roasted eggplant, and airfryed plantain. I had a little of each.

Probably won’t lose anything tomorrow. I just hope I haven’t gain.

I will sleep in tomorrow. I hope my sis doesn’t wake me up. I will try to do a 60 min workout whenever I wake up.

Today I went for a walk with my sisters and their kids. About a mile and half.

Had some chips. then I had 2 slices of bread, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of sandwich meats. Then I had some cereal with almond milk. And I’m going to try to not eat anything else.

Did not do my workout video and feeling kinda lazy so I’m just watching movies for the rest of the evening. Feels nice to just relax.

Today I had a little piece of a breakfast sandwich from heavenly and a Jamaican me crazy coffee with creamer. And some popcorn and a slice of pound cake.

Today I had a xl Jamaican me crazy coffee with cream and Splenda. I had a piece of a sausage, egg, and cheese on a Portuguese muffin from heavenlys for breakfast. Then for lunch I had popcorn and a slice of pound cake. Then I had a little pork with cheese and a little stew chicken with a small piece of potato. That’s all I’m eating for today.

Last night I did not go to bed until about 4 am. And I woke up at 7am. And I did not eat anything!!! Hopefully I can sleep a little earlier tonight.

Today I might do an exercise video when I go back home.
 
Well, of course, I overindulged on Thanksgiving. Had plenty of everything. Had a pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin pie for my birthday!

Will check my weight tomorrow.

So far today I had a Jamaican me crazy coffee with creamer and 2 red velvet donut holes from Heavenly.
