Well today I'm at 135.0 lbs. Again!
Started my day right. Had a yellow delicious apple for breakfast. Lunch was a flounder with veggies in a tortilla wrap. I even used greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
Then I went to the gym. Did just 30 min of walking at an incline on the treadmill. Did just the leg press.
Then after, my sis called me for an impromptu get-together at her place. So I ended up eating fried haddock and fried scallops with sweet potato fries and broccoli (wrong order again, I wanted broiled). So I ate just a little. I also had a mojito that my sis made.
Tomorrow we r having a 4th of July BBQ celebration. My brother and my niece won't be coming. They said that he has pneumonia but I think its covid. So Im bringing the chicken, hotdogs, bread, and such. It starts at 2. So I will try to go to the gym before that. Maybe I can do more. My gloves came in.
So no binging or purging so far!
Next weekend I think we are going to Vermont. So I have to figure a way to eat less.
My car is at the shop still.
