Yup they were cleaning the equipment after they used it. And the treadmills were 6 ft apart. I only plan on using the cardio machines for right now. When I feel more confident I’ll use the weights. I’ll have to get a pair of gloves for that.

Last night I got a Big Mac meal. Today I had some cod.

Planning on going to the gym later.
 
So this afternoon my sis invited me to another get together. I ended up having a cheeseburger with half bun. A hot sausage no bun with salad. So not too bad.

Since it was so late that I left I did not make it to the gym. I’ll try to make it to the gym tomorrow.

My car is in the shop for minor repairs and I have a rental. It’s a Jeep. It’s super big.
 
So I had a fish later tonight.

Then I went to the gym and walked for dinner 30 min. Then I did some abs workout.

Tomorrow I will do better. Now if I can sleep!
 
So today I'm at 135.2 lbs.

Did 35 min on treadmill on an incline. And 25 min on elliptical.

If I can get up early I'll go to the gym. im planning on getting up at 5am.

My goals this month are to get into a good eating routine. Get into a good exercise routine which includes strength training and cardio. I plan on drinking more water. So tomorrow is my first day. My diet is going to be a combination of fats, carbs, and protein. I have to improve my eating habits. I want to reach under 130 lbs by August. I am determined. And I will do my best. I will still enjoy myself too. Because I still have to be social. My sis always has get-togethers every weekend. On July 4th I am going by her. Then she invites me during the week to go to the beach if it is a nice sunny day. And we have a getaway to NH on a weekend this month. Then dating is another social activity.

I just started listening to podcasts on losing weight and IF. So hopefully that will help.

Today Im at 134.8 lbs. Today is my first day of my new July plan.

I ended up going to the Hedgehog Pond in Salem, NH. It was small and luckily there were not a lot of people. Afterwards for dinner we went to TBones with my sisters and their kids. I got a martini and a few appitizers. My dinner was broiled haddock and rice and broccoli.

I took my brother for clothes and just had a couple of his nuggets and fries for lunch.

I did not make the gym today.

Tomorrow we are celebrating 4th of July by my sis. Im bringing some pear wine. And will have just one glass. Im going to try to just eat one meal as well.
 
Well today I'm at 135.0 lbs. Again!

Started my day right. Had a yellow delicious apple for breakfast. Lunch was a flounder with veggies in a tortilla wrap. I even used greek yogurt instead of sour cream.

Then I went to the gym. Did just 30 min of walking at an incline on the treadmill. Did just the leg press.

Then after, my sis called me for an impromptu get-together at her place. So I ended up eating fried haddock and fried scallops with sweet potato fries and broccoli (wrong order again, I wanted broiled). So I ate just a little. I also had a mojito that my sis made.

Tomorrow we r having a 4th of July BBQ celebration. My brother and my niece won't be coming. They said that he has pneumonia but I think its covid. So Im bringing the chicken, hotdogs, bread, and such. It starts at 2. So I will try to go to the gym before that. Maybe I can do more. My gloves came in.

So no binging or purging so far!

Next weekend I think we are going to Vermont. So I have to figure a way to eat less.

My car is at the shop still.
 
Yesterday had a bbq lunch/dinner. July 4th. Stayed for camp fire and one smores. Saw some fireworks on my way home. illegally since its banned in our city.

Today I went to my sis for a late lunch. Then I had dinner of leftovers.

This week I'll be fasting. This coming weekend we r going to Vermont. S I'll def gain weight while I'm there.

No b/p. Today and yesterday!
 
Today I’m fasting!

Did have some caramel popcorn this morning. I have a huge can that came in.

The rest of the day nothing but fluids. I hope I can do this.

Planning on going to gym later.

Hey Vic, is fasting a good idea for you? It does not sound like you ate badly, but not being able to stay on plan doesn't feel good, not for me anyway. I have always liked LaMa's signature line "A half-way decent diet you can sustain long-term beats a perfect one you can't stick to."

The very good news is I see no evidence of b/p here, I think that's a lot more important for you than eating a piece of cake!
 
Rob, yup, no b/p today. ended up having some popcorn as a snack later tonight. caramel, butter, and cheese.

Tomorrow im going to try to intermittent fast again. Im not planning on fasting all day just for 2 meals. I am by my sis and she always has tempting food there so its hard for me to resist! Will do better tomorrow.

Ill try to make it to the gym tomorrow after my sis place.

I have to fast to maintain my weight. The weekends and days im by my sis I have to eat. And I won't be able to diet then. And this weekend its 3 days with 3 meals per day. I can't say no since they try hard to make the food. And I don't want to say no. I will pick and choose what I can eat. So I have to make it up on the days that Im not with my family.

I find that fasting makes me not b/p. And I haven't b/p in awhile. And I hope that I don't succumb again.
 
So today I did good with the fasting. We were supposed to go get oysters today but my sis had work to do which is good. I was planning on eating dinner but since I lasted so long decided to continue on with the fasting.

I’m drinkin iced coffee with almond milk and Splenda. From Panera.

Tomorrow I have to get up and go get my car and return this Jeep. My insurance isn’t covering tomorrow but they said if I return it early they won’t count it.

I’m feeling good. Tomorrow I plan on fasting as long as possible. Will eat before I go to the gym in the evening.
 
So I woke up really early today. I went to the gym and did an hour on the treadmill walking on an incline! The highest level just a little bit slow. I’m going to increase my speed if I can.

Very impressive, but probably not so scenic as your lake walk. I like ice coffee, but the ones I have had are pretty high calories, almond milk and splenda sound like a good idea, maybe I'll try it.
 
So I skipped breakfast. Lunch was a cheeseburger with one bun with mayo and ketchup. I also had one chips ahoy cookie. And couple of ritz. Dinner I’m going to try and skip.
