Today I went to a bbq by my sis. I had 2 glasses of peach wine. 1 chicken pinchos, 3 pork pinchos, 1 slice of cake, 1 small piece of bread and butter. 3 pork ribs. 1 eggplant slice. And one ice cream sandwich.

So my diet starts again tomorrow.

Today I took my brother to Bedford to get his meds.

Im going to try to fast today!
 
Well had lunch of a lot of stuff. Was still full so did not eat dinner.

Last night I had butternut squash and haddock.

Today I’m trying to fast again.

I’m up early doing my laundry. I have to go by my brother later.
 
Dinner was tuna with brown rice and butternut squash!!! Ate later than usual. Couldn’t fall asleep.

I went grocery shopping this morning.

So for breakfast I’m just drinking a hot coffee from dd but I got the wrong order.

Snack will be an apple. Lunch will be ground chicken and eggplant.
 
Yesterday I ended up eating late night. Ground chicken, escavich, and pumpkin.

Today I’m having an apple for breakfast, which I’ll eat later. Dinner will be pumpkin and ground chicken. My leftovers.

I’m drinking coffee that I made at home with almond and coconut milk and Splenda. Yesterday that dd coffee was so much calories.
 
Well just came back from Salisbury beach. Had salami with sourdough bread. Then I had some poppables chips.

Had an apple for lunch.
 
So today I went to Panera and had a breakfast sandwich. Bacon scrambled egg and cheese on ciabatta.

Lunch will be an apple.

Dinner I’m not sure yet. My sis might invite me over so I’m saving my calories for that. If not then eggplant and ground turkey.

I bought this nice denim jumpsuit that I will wear on our celebration on this Friday. It’s very flattering.

i walked around 1 mile with George.

Today I’m eating lunch by my sis. Rice and beans with beef.

Then I have my free bbq chicken dinner.
 
Did not get my free bbq chicken dinner.

Ended up having a cupcake with no frosting. And some cottage cheese.
 
I also had a glass of peach wine.

I think that I have a handle on the purging. This week I will work on that.

Today I went to the gym and walked on a treadmill at a slight incline for 50 minutes.

I went across the border to NH to go to the gym. Hardly anyone was wearing their mask. I had mine on the entire time.

I’m planning on getting up early to go again. I might stick to this gym for my membership.
 
Hi, Vic. Wearing a mask protects other people from contracting the virus from you, so if they have it & are not wearing a mask it puts you at risk. Are people cleaning the equipment in between each use?
