At 133.2 lbs!

Went for my walk this morning- 4.3 miles- around the lake. I always feel good when I’m finished.

Right now I’m drinking a hot coffee with almond milk and Splenda. For lunch I’ll have veggies- mainly boiled cabbage. I’m going to eat before I go visit my brother.

Today I ended up eating some teriyaki beef and some Chinese pot stickers. In addition to what I ate. The veggies.

Going to the beach at Plum Island today with my sis so we’ll probably get something to eat there!
 
134.0 lbs. Not to bad for after the weekend.

This week I’m fasting. I’m going for all day today. I do have bbq chicken breast tenders from yesterday that I’ll eat if I’m hungry.

Something new today is I have 50.7 ounces of water that I’m drinking. I plan on not having any soda at least until I drink all my water!
 
I just came back from walking 4.3 miles at the lake.

I had dinner of chicken tenders. Drinking iced coffee with almond milk and Splenda.

Tomorrow I’ll try to drink some more water.

Today I had a breakfast sandwich for breakfast with a coffee with creamer and Splenda.

I’m painting my kitchen. I put the plastic over the cabinets and the floor. Going to start painting the ceiling tomorrow. After I go visit my brother.
 
So yesterday I ended up eating a salad and tuna for dinner.

Today I’m at 133.8 lbs.

I’m fasting today until dinner. That’s my plan anyway. I’m by my sis just for 5 hours so I hope I don’t eat the junk food that she has here!

I’m going to drink the rest of the water that I had a couple days ago!
 
Came home and started painting my ceiling. I did half. I’ll do the other half later today or tomorrow.

Got my mri results and everything is fine. Was told the lactating must be due to medicines I take. I’m also not having my period. 10 months so far. Soon I’ll be in menopause. I’m not complaining at all.
 
So just here getting fatter!!!

Going to the beach today.

I’ll finish putting another coat of paint on my ceiling. Maybe later or tomorrow.
 
So I went for a 45 min walk with my sisters early this morning. Then I came home and had breakfast of a chicken thigh. Lunch will be burgers.

I decided to hire someone to do the painting. The paint job that I did on the ceiling looks terrible. And getting it right will be too hard. And the paint on my walls will be even harder than the ceiling so I just quit!
 
I went for a 3 mile walk at the park. Then my sis invited me over for dinner. So I had One boneless, skinless Chicken thigh. 4 jumbo Shrimp, and salad with poppyseed dressing and potatoes. I also had one large red velvet cupcake with no cream topping. And one s’mores. 2 glasses of apple wine. Oh and a slice of Parisian bread with butter.

Had a great day!!! But not a good weight wise day. Started off bad. Tomorrow after our walk I’ll just have coffee. Lunch I’ll wait to see if my sis will invite me over.

And no binging or purging.
