Well I'm back up at 135.0 lbs!!! After all of the overeating last week. So today Im starting again on a diet. I'm still not sure what Im going to do today. Maybe Keto and IF. So far today for breakfast Im just having a coffee with almond milk and Splenda.

I am going to visit my brother again today. And he wants a pu pu platter. So Im going to get it for him. And I might pack me lunch. I have chicken thighs that I made in the crockpot yesterday. And I will make some asparagus. Today I cleaned up my loft. Had to put away clothes. Still have a lot of clothes to hang up.

Im doing great mentally. I was so hungry last week that I just ate without caring about the ramifications. And of course I was by my sis this weekend and she always makes great food. And gives me leftovers. Well all that is over and back to my diet. I have this whole week with nothing going on. I do want to see Alex. I have a gift for him. My sis isn't letting him leave her house. But the ban is lifting today in this state. So Im not sure what the new rules are. I will watch the news today.
 
No purging last week. Hopefully I keep it up!

Today I decided to eat veggies all day. I have asparagus for lunch.
 
I ended up eating some of my brothers pu pu platter in addition to the asparagus. Then I had a tortilla with chicken stew for dinner. I also had a piece of key lime cake.

I will try to do better tomorrow. Today I did IF but not Keto. Tomorrow I will do IF again. I still have some asparagus. So I will eat that for dinner. Will eat lunch at about 230 or so.

Today I fasted. Only had a coffee with creamer and 3 Splenda for breakfast. I think I could make it until I go to bed!
 
132.2 lbs!

I am up too early this morning. 3am! I’m going to get some tea and watch tv. I’m going to try to fast again today. I’m going to try till dinner.
 
Had 4 cookies and an ice cream sandwich around lunch. Drinking juice, diet soda, coffee and tea with almond milk and Splenda. I am having some chicken with tortilla for Dinner

Hopefully I can sleep tonight and not wake up too early.
 
Probably, Rob... I saw the cookies and the ice cream sandwich yesterday. So I just decided to have some before they were gone. Especially since I did not eat the day before. So I figured I have the calories to eat them. Tomorrow I won't have the same craving for the sweets. But Im by my sis during the day so she has tons of junk food. I'll work harder tomorrow to resist them.

So at 131.0 lbs.

Had Raisin Bran cereal for breakfast. Lunch will be beef pate that I’m waiting on. And I’ll skip dinner since the pate will be fried.
 
Well ended up eating 3 pates... they were airfryed instead. I think it tastes better than the fried version! And that’s all I’m eating today.

Tomorrow I think I’ll fast again.
 
So right now I’m up again. Couldn’t fall asleep tonight.

I guess I’m not checking my weight today. I’ve been drinking coffee and tea with almond milk and Splenda. Also some zero sugar fruit punch.

Of course trying not to eat. I did have a low fat string cheese tonight.

I actually plan on buying a breakfast sandwich. And coffee with creamer. Either from Panera Bread or Heavenly Donuts...

Panera I have a free subscription coffee and I love their breakfast sandwich. Love their ciabatta bread.
 
Then I had a cheese chicken quesadilla from Taco Bell. Some Pringle’s.

That’s all I’m eating today. Which is a lot of calories already.
 
Vic- would you consider just eating healthier, instead of trying to fast & then breaking out with junk food? I fear you are not getting sound nutrition & it must be a constant battle with hunger & cravings.
 
I guess I’ll try to eat healthier starting on Tuesday after Memorial Day. (And I do want to!) Tomorrow I plan on fasting. Then on Sunday I have a bbq at my sis. And I have to eat the food that they make. I’m bringing zucchini and squash. We r having beef ribs, boneless chicken thighs, baked Mac and cheese, potato salad, seasoned rice, and some kinda cake. Also either tomorrow or Monday we r having lobster. It’s on sale.

I’m eating the breakfast sandwich because I have a gift card from Panera. The coffee is a subscription so it’s free every day. And my brother is to blame for the Taco Bell!
