Vic’s Weight Loss

So ended up doing 30 min of Zumba, some yoga, and abs workout.

Had salmon and a salad for dinner.
 
It's all sounding and looking good, Vic! (And yes, what Cate says is right - I was talking about Australian quarantine, and I don't know what applies where you are.)
 
Today I’m at 132.0 lbs. I ended up having mashed potatoes and a can of tuna late last night. Just couldn’t sleep. Maybe because of the exercise. I don’t know.

Today for breakfast I had my usual breakfast that my sis brought to me.

I did 30 minutes of Zumba off of YouTube. Also a little ab work. Might do some more later. It was a little easier today.
 
Food late at night makes it harder to sleep, I think? Though mashed potato and tinned tuna sounds like good comfort food, so what do I know? :D
 
131.8 lbs. Last night I had some steel cut oats.

Today I had usual breakfast.

I did a walk and 15 min of Zumba videos. I did some ab work and stretching. Might do more later.
 
132.0 lbs

Still the same weight. Today I don’t feel like exercising. Just drinking coffee and tea. My sis got me usual breakfast and some groceries so I can cook my breakfast at home and some meat.
 
129.8 lbs

Finally back to the 120s. I have about 5 lbs to reach a new low.

Today I’m fasting until A brings me some food- curry goat roti with potatoes and pumpkin. Yum!!! Drinking coffee with creamer and Splenda.
 
So A didn’t bring the roti. I was waiting for it. Oh well!!! So I ended up eating a slice of wheat bread and a slice of cheese. That’s all I’m planning on eating for today. I hope I can fall asleep tonight.

Tomorrow I’m making myself a breakfast sandwich with coffee and almond milk around lunch time. So I’ll eat then and dinner. I hope to be done by 6 pm. Just enough to get me to bedtime. Once I fall asleep I’ll be fine till morning.

The tea that I’m drinking is hibiscus tea with almond milk. Tastes like a smoothie. I’m also drinking more water than usual.

No exercise today.
 
Last night and this morning did not go well. I ended up eating too much nuts, bread, and cheese. I even had a chocolate chip cookie. I had a steak and cheese sandwich for lunch.

I have to get back on track now before it gets worse. So I’m going to fast for dinner. I ate too much already.
 
So at 131.8 lbs.

Tomorrow I’m going to fast. Today I had a breakfast sandwich. And coffee with creamer. And nuts!

No exercise until Thursday. I can’t wait to see my niece and nephew.
 
My niece and nephew are 3 year old. They are twins. Then my other nephew is 4 years. I’ve been away for so long. I hope they remember me.

Today I’m at 132.2 lbs. And I’m doing something about it. Had lunch of fettuccine and ground turkey. Still don’t feel like exercising. I want to go for a walk outside. I’ll go on Friday if it doesn’t rain. Had a coffee with almond milk and Splenda. I think that’s all I will have today. It’s a pretty filling meal.
 
Officially out of quarantine today. Tomorrow I’m taking my brother out for some clothes at Target. Then I’m gna see the twins and my sis. Can’t wait.

Today I did overeat on pork chops. I haven’t been binging or purging but the desire is still there. But I’m stopping myself from just obsessing about the number on the scale.

This past week I overate on several days. But now that I can go out it should be easier to do instead of thinking about the food that I have at home. Plus I can go on walks since the gyms are not open.

I can get my Panera coffee. I have an unlimited subscription for the month.

I don’t know how tomorrow will go. But I do want to just have eggs for breakfast and depending if my sis makes lunch then I’ll eat there. Dinner is pork chops with veggies.
 
So I’m not going to check my weight until Thursday- my weekly weigh in day. I think I’m going to really do it. Haven’t been watching what I eat.

Starting back today. Going to fast. Had a coffee with creamer and Splenda from Panera. Drinking Coke Zero. I’m trying for all day. I’m not sure I can do it. If not I’ll have a salad.

Today I’m going with my sis to babysit Alex so she can view houses. Doing laundry and cleaning up my house.
 
Went for a 4.3 mile walk around the lake faster. Tomorrow I’m planning on going again. Wasn’t in the mood earlier but now I’m feeling energized.
 
Good for you helping your sister & getting out for that walk around the lake :)
