That is great Vic, good for you! I think for you that's 90% of the battle. The apple wine sounds good!

I am not a s'more fan, which is good. When the grandkids are here they like making s'mores over the fire, in fact often insist that we build a fire just for s'mores. I kind of like helping them with the process, but am not too tempted to eat one myself.
 
So I’m starting today right. No outside coffee or breakfast sandwich. I’m skipping breakfast because I’m going to eat lunch by my sis.

This morning we went strawberry picking with the twins. They enjoyed it. The strawberries were nice and sweet!

We were supposed to go for our walk up the hill early. But I was the only one who got up. Both of my sisters bailed on me. So I just went back to sleep.

Tomorrow I have an appointment to get a quote for the painting. I think it’s going to be expensive. But I think it will be worth it.

I might buy me a wine before I go by my sis. Maybe a reisling.
 
So I ended up eating baked pork with octopus rice. Then I had a little strawberry shortbread with vanilla bean ice cream and whipped cream.

Hopefully that’s all I’m eating for the day. But I do have leftovers. I plan on eating that for lunch tomorrow.
 
Did end up eating my leftovers. And a piece of talapia with pickled Red onions.

Got up since I couldn’t fall asleep.

Tomorrow I’m going to try to not eat after 7 pm.
 
So another day that’s starting out great. Did not go out for breakfast. Drinking coffee with almond milk and Splenda that I made at home.

Waiting for painter to get that quote. Then I’m going by my brother for the day.

Food wise today. I am going to have half a talapia with pickled red onions and zucchini. I think that I’ll have that for dinner. If I can make it.

I just have to stay away from the snacks and junk food that my sis has for the kids.
 
So weighed in at 133.0 lbs at 12 am. Just can’t fall asleep tonight. I am drinking a lot of liquids.

Not going to eat tonight. I’m doing so good resisting snacks.

I hope I’m at 132 or less at my weigh-in later this morning. Have to stop drinking the fluids. I think I can make it to 129 lbs by this Sat.

Ariana birthday is on Sunday. Also Chus’. We r celebrating it this weekend. Have to get a gift for her. Planning on eating a little since I have to have the cake.
 
So at 132.0 lbs! Ended up falling asleep eventually!

Today I’m starting my day great again. No Panera breakfast. Made my own coffee with almond milk and Splenda.

I’m planning on fasting for breakfast and lunch. Dinner will be a zucchini and half of a piece of talapia. I hope I can make it!

Well today was an ok day. I had one meal. Dinner of broccoli and cauliflower with pickled red onions and half piece of tilapia.

I resisted the snacks by my sis. I am more motivated because on Sat is Ariana bday. So I ordered a cake with half pineapple and half guava. Definitely going to have piece of that.

B/p wise- I’m doing great. With the OMAD way of eating it’s easy not to overeat. I think that what really is helping me is starting my day right by not having a lot of calories for my 1st meal. By not having the creamer for my coffee and not having a huge breakfast sandwich.

Today I was tempted by the beef teriyaki from my brother pu pu platter but I said no I can wait until dinner to have something to eat.

I just had a lite string cheese.

I hope I can fall asleep around 1030 tonight.

I have another appointment with a painter tomorrow morning. The last two I’m still waiting for their emails with the quotes. Hopefully this guy wants a job. Was hoping to get the painting done this week.
 
So late last night had a can of tuna with mayo and red onions. And a total of 3 string cheese.

I fell asleep after that. Slept great!

Weight at 131.4 lbs.

Today I’m starting my day off right. Having a coffee. Planning on drinking a glass of water in a little while.

My eating plan today is IF. I plan on fasting breakfast and lunch. Dinner will be butternut squash and half of a tilapia.

I plan on not eating after 7pm. Hopefully I can be successful tonight.

The painter will be here soon. Then I’ll go Panera for a coffee. I’ll get it black and put my own almond milk and Splenda.

Then I’ll go get some haddock and some spinach frozen.

So b/p wise I resisted trying to purge the tuna since it was so late. And I didn’t. I feel good that I didn’t. Did not regret it. Getting harder to want to purge.

Weight wise I’m doing great. The weight came off quickly at the beginning. So now it will be slower. I’ll still do OMAD or IF.

My cheat meal will be for Ariana bday on this Saturday. The cake and probably 2 glasses of white wine. Everything else should be fine. Pork pinchos . Lobsters, salad and grilled veggies and Mac and cheese. Will be getting the salad and veggies more. And then I might have a hotdog. Craving that too!

Good for you! I think this is more important than your weight. But am happy that your weight is doing good also.
 
Weight is 132.2 lbs. Ended up eating a good amount of chicken potstickers from traders joes. Then I fell asleep early unexpectedly.

Today I’m ate a piece of banana bread.
 
Was by my sis and had a bbq in the afternoon. So I ended up eating a cheeseburger and bbq chicken with salad. Had a margarita which was a little strong. Got me tipsy. Said no to the desert.

Tomorrow for lunch I’m having leftovers of chicken and salad.

It’s Ariana bday today! So we r celebrating it by my sis. A lot of food and cake.

I’m having my kitchen ceiling and walls painted. Hopefully it doesn’t take to long.

This week I have to start over again. Will try tomorrow.
