Vic’s Weight Loss

I couldn’t sleep. I was still full from my breakfast sandwich so I did not want to eat. I instead went to the gym. I did one hour and 15 minutes walking on an incline at 15% even going as high as 3.0 to 3.5 mph. Burning about 1000 calories. That’s what the machine said. Then I did some free weights. Just upper body. I have to do more. I did not know that I was almost to weak to get over the wall. No upper body strength.

Hopefully I can fall asleep now. But still not sleepy.
 
So today I went to the gym and did 35 min of walking on an incline. I plan on going back when I wake up tomorrow.

Today I did a really clean fast- just drinking plain water. In my eating window I had an iced coffee with almond milk and Splenda. I had several pickles. Then I had my dinner of a veggie burger with brown rice and green beans. Then I had a diet soda. Only one for the day. Now I’m drinking vitamin water zero. Tomorrow I’ll drink the vitamin water instead of the water.

Tomorrow is my brother 40th B’Day. We r celebrating it with everyone on Sat. Tomorrow just my sisters and I are having a get together. We r making Johnny cake and fried chicken thighs. And cupcakes. That’s what he wanted. So I’ll just eat that for dinner. Just one jc and maybe 3 pieces of the chicken.

Then I got a pressure washer to clean my house on Friday. Got a good rate, which will probably go up when he comes and see the actual house.
 
So I woke up and was sore. I did not make it to the gym. Decided to skip today.

I ate a lot today. I had fried chicken and Johnny Cake. Then I had sourdough bread with salami. Had a tres leche cupcake. And watermelon wine. And just a little champagne.

My brother 40th birthday today. He will start staying with me on Sunday. So no more me time until he leaves with my mom. Might be better if he’s with me so I don’t have to visit him every day by my sis. Can get into a routine and sleep in. Take him to the gym with me if he wants to go.

Tomorrow early morning the pressure washer guy will be here.
 
Happy Birthday, Vic's brother. You seem like a very caring person, Vic and do a good job of looking out for your brother. Would you have him with you for long if you do have him or does your Mum returning home depend on C19?
 
Thanks for saying that, Cate. Yes, she is coming up here to take care of some things and to see her grandkids. She will be here in Aug. She will probably be here until end of Sep and not because of C19. Her home is in St Croix.
 
Did not go to the gym. I actually fasted all day today. Did not even had a taste of anything. My day is almost ending. Going to get ready for bed in half an hour. And I’m still not hungry.

Tomorrow is my brother bday bbq. I have to get the cake and the ribs. I’m not going to eat until then. I also have a peach wine that I will have later.
 
So I did not make it. Ended up eating dinner of haddock and green beans with pickled on red onions and bell pepper
 
Today I was by my sis for the bbq. I fasted all day until dinner/ late lunch. Had a little roti and curry chicken. Then I had a piece of cake and a glass of peach wine. And that’s it. Tonight I don’t plan to eat anything. I’m determined to go to sleep and not get up to eat!

Tomorrow my brother is staying with me. I have to get the room ready. Will go to bed bath and beyond for bedsheets in the morning. Then get him in the evening.

So I’m glad that next weekend that we will not go somewhere. I can concentrate on my fasting. Just eating one meal a day.
 
So I did another OMAD day. Had 2 ribs, a little curry chicken and potato with roti. Then I had a little piece of cake. All leftovers.

No exercise today. Will begin again tomorrow evening or night.

I’m about to get ready for bed. Last night I did great by not eating late and actually fell asleep without eating!!! I hope I can do that tonight.
 
So today I had 1 slice of French toast. I had some meatballs and pasta.

Did not go to gym. Maybe tomorrow.
 
Today did not do well food wise. Had an egg with bacon and potatoes. And garlic bread. Then I had some pasta and meatballs- leftovers. Had plenty of water.

I hope I do better tomorrow.

Today I did worse. Started off well then my sis invited me to dinner.

I had brown rice and bolgogi beef. Then I had a Twinkie and some chips. Then at dinner I had a grilled chicken thigh with salad, potatoe salad and seasoned rice. I also had some peach wine.

Tomorrow I’m going to fast until dinner.
 
This Sat we r going to a new lake in nh.

I’m never going back into the ocean water in NE. There was a fatal shark attack in Bailey island this past week. 1st one ever. And I just got my body board. I’ll use it at the lake.
 
Well I ended up eating 3 donuts. Then I had some teriyaki beef and a couple of chicken fingers.

I did make it to the gym and walked for an hour. I began slow because I haven’t been in awhile. Then I increased the incline. Then the last ten min I ran.

I’m planning on getting up at 4 am to go and lift weights. Maybe do some more cardio. I hope I can get up!

Sounds like a pretty low risk to me. But I understand there is just something viscerally terrifying about a shark attack. You know there are more people killed every year by falling coconuts than sharks (well maybe, Death by coconut - Wikipedia.). The risk of lighting strike is also much greater at the beach than shark attack, but it doesn't make as interesting a story.

Have fun at 4 am in the gym, probably won't be crowded.
 
you are right, rob, but it is pretty scary.

I cant fall asleep. So Im up. Have my new facetime portal set up. one in kitchen, the other one in the loft. ive been listening to taylor swift folklore... i have 2 more, going to give my sis one each,

ive also done a 15 min zumba on youtube in my loft, perfect for exercise, did some abwork maybe 10 min, did 3 modified pushup...have to get more fit and better with my eating, drinking water,and i did just ended up eating rice and beans with potato salad.

Tomorrow i will hit the gym early, cardio and strength train. then when i come home ill do a couple youtube videos. planning on drinking plenty of water.

on sat we r goin to a beach in nh. never been there. its lake. i have to bring boneless skinless thighs. and season it.
 
So I made it to the gym. Did 10 min on treadmill to warm up. Did some strength training on upper and lower body. Was the only person there.

I don’t feel like it right now but I’ll try to go later today. Will try to take a nap.
 
I went to the gym and walked for 30 min- 15 at 15% incline and 15 at 5%. Then I did 10 min of Zumba.

I had bbq pork and sweet potato. And a cocktail-I forgot its name, like a strong Brazilian rum - with pineapple and mango juice. Almost like a rum punch! I also had piece of Parisian bread and hard salami.

Tomorrow we are going to a lake in nh, about an hour away. I want to go to the gym around 430 or so. Do some cardio.
