Hi there, my routine is quite light at the moment, truth be told.
I've just started running regularly, I have 1 rest day for every 2 days of running. I'm only able to do about a kilometre of running a day at the moment, along with a kilometre of walking (alternating 100 metre lengths of each).
On my rest days from running I've been doing sit ups and leg lifts, and biceps curls with a tiny 3KG dumbbell.
Fitness and weight loss are completely separate goals for me, I haven't made a heck of a lot of progress with the former but I'll get better with time and effort.
