Still thinking about whether I should start cycling my calories or if I should finish this week with my regular diet and start next week. I have a question, how long does one continue to cycle calories? And do you hit a plateau while doing that? or can I keep doing that with all of the 100 pounds i want to lose? I'm now worrying that i started eating too few calories, I'm supposed to eat around 1400 but end up eating around 1270. Not sure how to play this!

im also on the cheerios diet. its something i can just grab for 100 calories if im hungry. although this week i m trying the multigrain cheerios. hopefully it wont taste like dandelions and grass. your diet looks really solid i may try one of those boca burger thingies you have been having. all ive been eating is chicken.
 
The boca burger patties are excellent! I usually get the meatless burger one and the vegan one, there is also a chicken patty one! The burger one is 120 cals, and the vegan one is 70 cals.

as for cheerios, i don't even like them! But it's a good source of food and low cals :)

I'm consistent because I stock up on groceries and go to a few different stores to try to find the best prices on things! For example the organic tofu I eat is about 1.79 for 5 days... the boca burgers are about 1.98 per box, the stir fry, I eat half a bag a day..so I get about 3-4 bags a week! It's not cheap...but not eating out or eating other foods helps me save money. As consistent as I've been I'm not sure if this diet is giving me the results I've wanted! I lost much weight at the start but I think my weight loss has slowed down so I will start cycling calories!


As far as eating the same things...I switch between pasta and rice every day for dinner, I eat the patty to make sure I'm full! The stir fry one day I have chow/low mein another day just veggies... it does get a little bit boring but I try to stick to it!

Help please!!!Going to try to do the caloric cycling so many of you suggested! Any suggestions as to how many calories to take in are welcome! Going off of what you guys said I will try to do 1600 / 2 days, then 1200 for 3 days, then 1,100 for 2 days...and continue on? Or do you think I should bump up the calories or lower them? or switch up the days? Never done this so any input is appreciated
