
its called the alternative day diet so one day you eat what ever you want literally so big breakfast snacks, tea , supper but the next you can only have 500 cals and keep alternating days so say if for 4 days you ate what you wanted the cals going off 2000 a day thats 8000 and the other 3 days 500 cals thats 1500 over the week you have cut your cals by 4500 cals without feeling like your on a diet , you have to find a diet that works for you .
