Wow RJ! I remember joining this forum back in March of 2007. When we were both newbies! Look at you now :) unbelievable!! You look great. I fell off the wagon a year ago and put on 20 lbs..urgh! But thats ok I am determined to lose it.. :eek:) Hope all is well..

I wanted to just quite the diet wed/thursday. Now i feel better about it :)
 
im thinking i didnt warm up good enough today before squats... because my left glute is very upset with me (right where it connects to my waist area) I got a good amount of ibuprofen flowin' in me right now... i wonder how much it would hurt if i wasn't taking it?
 
Still a little tender in the glute area :). Hopefully ok good by tommrrow. If not I guess i'll just do an upper body depletion
 
How is your energy on this diet? Do you feel sluggish becasue of the lask of calories or does your refeed days ( i think that's what it's called) take care of that.

I just started lyle's generic bulk workout. We'll see how that is after 8 weeks.

My energy levels really aren't that affected... the only time i notice a huge difference is the initial carb load on thursday night... possibly because I over do it (makes me lethargic) :)

but Im seeing progress, good progress, so im gonna keep stufing my face with carbs because it makes me happy, and the fat is coming off at a rate that im happy with :)

good luck with the bulking program, thats my next stop after 2 more weeks of UD2.0

The lowest weight I've ever been by .2 lbs. at fully depleted. I suspect I'll refeed up to 168 maybe. I've got about 1 and a half more cycles before i go on vacation. so im thinking i could break to the 150's fully depleted.

Thursdays suck on this diet. Well its actually pretty mixed. I know have about 13 more hours to go before i get to start wolfing down the carbs. So its the last day of hunger.

I thought I'd stop by your diary. Btw, have to mention, very sexy pic of you up there as your avatar, haha.

I don't know how you do the whole hunger and feeding frenzy thing...it just does not sound like a regular "diet" of any sort. But I guess I sort of see the logic behind it..... :)
