Hey stranger,

I thought I'd stop by your diary. Btw, have to mention, very sexy pic of you up there as your avatar, haha.

I don't know how you do the whole hunger and feeding frenzy thing...it just does not sound like a regular "diet" of any sort. But I guess I sort of see the logic behind it..... :)
why thank you :) i look way different right now, going for the whole caveman look with a beard and longer hair :) I wanna be a caveman for halloween, im pretty dedicated to realism :)

yeah its not your normal diet, its a cyclical diet, where half of it is spent with no carbs, low calories, then after a tough full body lifting session, your body is ready to replenish all of your glycogen, in which you have spend the next 30 hours consuming a buttload of carbs, its a bit mathematical, and strict, but ohhhh so worth it.

on tonights menu....

cocoa puffs
creamsicle fudge pops
crackers
gram crackers
frosted flakes
pancakes
waffles
licorice

bout to have my prework out shake and go do my hour lifting session so i can come home and EAT!!!!
 
....... I don't know if what you are eating makes me jealous or scarred! Haha.... It sounds and looks all too good to be true.... Coco puffs? Tummy processed sugars.... WTF?!? ..... And look better and better doing it..... ?!?! Impressive!!!!!! .... Sign me up!!!!!!!! :D!!!!..... But no FOR REAL....
 
Lol it's only fun thurs night. Now it's bagels and cheerios the rest of the day in addition to my protein

well... i got a little carried away with the carbs yesterday... just had too many fudgsicles left over, and cocoa puffs too. I think im going to either clamp down on my control, or only buy enough carbs to load properly. I woke up looking bloated this morning, as opposed to the normal full and cut (well at least in my lean areas), as previous weeks.

most of it was just my curiosity of just wondering how far i could push it. lesson learned!

Did my Power workout this morning, all went well. Warmed up properly this time, last week my glute was very pissed at me for trying to squat too much without warming up.

Calorie Target today is maintenance.

Just had a look at your before and after and DAMN you have some huge arms! So whatever youre doing is workin for ya- great job, that must take some serious dedication

Hey so kinda off topic.. but do you go to lake havasu a lot?? It's fun hah?? Damn I just noticed how close your are Arizona.. That's cool is it real hot over thee?? I was wondering cuz I had a few friends say let's go to havasu for the 4th?? andddddddddd ummmmmm:party::party: Hey ur so funny with ur cocoa puffs and fudgesicles.. yup your right just buy them by individual packages.. hahaha..lol.. take care...:)
 
1)Browse and plan - while the rest of my family immediately got in line and then decided what they wanted while they went through it. I walked around and browsed to see what was there. This also separated from the group who might offer comments about "aren't you going to eat anything?"

2)Eat like who you want to be - There was a big line at the grill station, I took a quick glance at the physiques of those in that line, i decided they were not who i wanted to be, so that helped me avoid the grill

3)know what you're eating - I see countless times people going to eat healthy with a salad, only to cram it full of croutons and "frost" their salad with ranch dressing like its a cake! I employed the tactic i learned from the forum of having a container of ranch and dipping your fork in.


Hi, I was reading your diary and I find what you've done amazing. Well done! You must be so proud and so happy that now you can run around with your cousins, lift stuff for ppl, climb mountains and a lot of things you probably never thought you could do before. Congratulations, really, it's an accomplishment not many people achieve in their lifetimes.... And also, I've found a lot of truth and power in many of the things you say, one of the most powerful being the quote from one of your earlier posts above. This will be a big help to me in my own weight loss journey. (Especially the thing about the fork dipping; I was knocked over backwards when I read this! I'd never thought of it before and it's SUCH an excellent idea!!!)

Do the math kiddos thats like 12 pounds since thursday :)

OK so maybe I got a little carried away :) But... I accomplished two things. One... there are ZERO carb sources left in my house.

And two... I relapsed on peanut butter and oh... it was so yummy. but now its out of my system for at least another month or so.

and 3. my temp is pretty much back to normal, maybe a little lower, so I think my metabolism is pretty much recharged.

4 - This is what Im probably gonna look like normal... I'm not satisfied, I need to cut a little more. The goal is to be happy with myself when I'm fully loaded. good news is im not far off :)

so yeah 2 things is maybe 4 :)

off to the gym to do my depletion, then come home to cook my stir fry for the day!

Lol thanks... but I think the camera adds 10 pounds... to my ARMS!! yeah! lol. they just look big because theres less fat on them and you can see my little muscles :) I would trade that for some ab definition!!

Those arms that I do have, required ABSOLUTLEY no direct arm work, thats all from Pull ups, and rows. Something I'm pretty proud of.

ya know whats funny? I have NEVER been to havasu! But... Mexico... no that is another story, or 10. :)

it is OHHHH so HOT! And I work in a truck all day with NO A/C! Its supposed to hit like 105 this week... that combined with the monsoon storms, its gonna be humid too. Not my favorite time of the year, for sure.

Its oh so awesome doing things you've never been able to do. Gives you a whole new appreciation for life. thanks for bringing up the reminder :) You always have to remind yourself, of what you've accomplished, so that new appreciation doesn't fade in the mundane daily activities of life.

Next stop.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.... once I get my finances in order... good news is... I think im pretty much there. So before the end of this year Its my goal to have started taking classes. Its not with the instructor I wanted, because the hours dont mesh, but better than nothing!

I see your skimming methods are weak like mine! I GAINED 12 lbs. But it will be gone by Thursday or earlier :) it's just glycogen and water. Maybe some muscle and possibly a little fat.

Went and saw transformers 2 last night... it was a fun action packed summer movie. I'm not one of those people that looks for something wrong in a movie, and is disappointed, I was entertained and i got to see my favorite childhood cartoons in CGI again with more action!

anywhoo... resisted the popcorn urge, by taking a package of beef jerky instead, although I did have 4 red vines, and a mcdouble at 3am but still a huge planned deficit.

refeed tomorrow, more structured this time. not gonna go overboard
