I thought I'd stop by your diary. Btw, have to mention, very sexy pic of you up there as your avatar, haha.
I don't know how you do the whole hunger and feeding frenzy thing...it just does not sound like a regular "diet" of any sort. But I guess I sort of see the logic behind it.....![]()
yeah its not your normal diet, its a cyclical diet, where half of it is spent with no carbs, low calories, then after a tough full body lifting session, your body is ready to replenish all of your glycogen, in which you have spend the next 30 hours consuming a buttload of carbs, its a bit mathematical, and strict, but ohhhh so worth it.
on tonights menu....
cocoa puffs
creamsicle fudge pops
crackers
gram crackers
frosted flakes
pancakes
waffles
licorice
bout to have my prework out shake and go do my hour lifting session so i can come home and EAT!!!!
Your doing amazing.. I don't know your diet plan,, seems super complicated for me.. too much of everything.. or I don't know but awesome job..
