I've always wanted to try rock climbing. It seems like something that I would really like.

Anyway, you're doing so great! Congrats on the success you've had so far, and I wish you the best. I searched for your before picture and the transformation is incredible and very inspiring! You look fantastic.

Short term goal success. I'm coming along nicely... But I can see the last 10. this si good in that it doesnt look like its much more than 10 :) 155 is the upper limit of my BMI range I was hoping I had enough muscle mass to be pretty lean 165 :) wishful thinking :) My goal is to get under 10% BF according to the handheld and access.

whoa.. hardcore carb cravings today. i went 4 days very low carb. so i was due for a little surge. I fought a crazy binge by eating a whole 6oz package of dried fruit. cravings have been curbed :)

So I listened to my body and ate a whole lot of calories yesterday. I knew I was going to be hanging out with friends and the potential of devouring a bag of chips. so i bought a pack of almonds, and granola bites to snack, and saved a good amount of my chicken to eat right before leaving. I think I did VERY well.

wow... that was a lot of calories :) I'm thinking maybe cutting a lot of the fat of the chicken thighs is really skewing the numbers. hmmmm.

oh yeah.... its a trip how much more energy you have after a spike like that, and how it improves your mood a lot too. its easier to go back on a calorie restriction the next day too.

Hi there, I just started reading your diary.. and am amazed at your success. Losing as much weight as you have is an amazing accomplishment. I struggle with the sudden urges to eat eat eat...and its usually after a stint of doing really well. You seem to have good strategies for when you know you are going to be faced with temptations. Im hoping to get in a better space of mind with my eating. I need to set up more "plan of actions" for those *going out with friends moments or just plain old, I wanna eat a fridge load moments* Congrats for everything you have done to become more healthy. *Michelle*

SATURDAY 051709

went to the gym for about 75 mins or so.
10 min warm up on bike,
rear delts
OH press
Leg Press
calve raises

20 mins on elliptical.

I'm estimating my intake to be around 3000 calories or so.
i was pretty much on track except for a reg sized popcorn while going to watch stark trek. and a stone cold creamery ice cream creation (cheescake) afterwards.

I been really contemplating going on a muscle gain program for a few weeks soon. Maybe I after the 4 week getting ready for summer challenge, or maybe I'll wait till after summer. We'll see how i feel about my progress after 4 weeks.

45 min bike ride today, tag with my 5 year oldcousin, and helped my uncle move soem heavy stuff.

eating could have been better. I did di into some chips and popcorn and drank 2 beers. but not too bad i dont think i estimate around 3400 calories. ready to cut back to 1800-2000 tommorrow for another 5 days straight. low carb/ high protein of course

Yay mondays!! I'm fully carbed up loaded with energy to get this week crankin! 12.1% on the handheld is the lowest I've ever measured and the last time i was 167 i was in the low 13's. I love data :)

It keeps me from being all bummed out about gaining 4 pounds over the weekend.

Its not really 4 pounds of fat, its my body storing up energy in the form of glycogen and water. This spike will lower during the week, and ultimately end lower on friday than i was last week. probably 160-161. we'll see :)

im thinking logical works much better than emotional. When you can 'figure' out how your body works, it may be easier to not emotionally fall apart when the scale tips up a bit. Its good that you enjoy figures, it seems to work well for you - Michelle

AM - Went for a walk/run/jog this morning for about 1 hour 15 mins. and then did chin ups, pull ups, hanging knee raises, sit ups, crunches, laying leg raises.

Pm - went to the gym tonight and did leg presses, squats, and hamstring curls, finished up with 15 mins on the cross ramp. total time a lil over an hour.

2500 calories

so I had the bright idea of going on an hour long bike ride on an empty stomachwhich contributed to a peanut butter relapse. Good thing I only had a small jar. I was just so hungry. Oddly I'm still hngry. Today is gonna end up being a high calorie day
