RJ's Diary

RJ, I've lost three inches off the smallest part of my waist. In only three weeks. Just wanted to tell you. Where are you by the way?

p.s. I was wondering "where did that fat go?" My weight hasn't changed. Have I already gained muscle? Or did I excrete the fat? I think its the latter but I wanted to ask.

survived the weekend! did not do too bad at all...

notable slips

sat: 48g chocolate cake
60g vanilla ice cream

Sun:
1 Beer
1 liter of shiraz :)

Mon:
250g pancakes
56g syrup

Weigh in tommorrow for damage assesment

Buying a food scale for use at my girlfriends has allowed me to be more conscientious of what I'm eating, and how much

Received a few compliments this week, about the changes I've made thus far. It's nice when people who took a gym hiatus come back and don't recognize me.

The Progress Resumes...
171.2 Today... curiously tho my bodyfat tool is still measuring 17%. ah no bother, that thing swings around a lot. its not going up... thats what matters :)

Its a record low... I dont even know the last time i weighed this low an amount. I imagine it was somewhere on the way up to 300+ heh.

It seems so surreal now. Its been nearly two years since I started. the skin, and stretch marks, and of course old pictures are there to remind me. But still... Its hard to remember carrying around another 133 lbs

At what weight did you start work in the gym? You really went from slouch to gym guy for lack of a better term. Cool about the folks that don't recognize you. I hope that happens to me.
