Ok girls, back on my weight loss mission! My dad just told me that he's taking me and my boyfriend on a carribean cruise for my 21st birthday!!
I HAVE to lose atleast 30 lbs by then! The cruise is on the 27th of January so I have almost 4 months to lose 30 lbs. 185 or so by then will be good for me! I am so excited. This has definitely upped my motivation! =DD

That sounds like the best birthday present evaaaaaaaah. I think this is just what you need to give you more motivation to shed the pounds. I am so jealous you burned 500 cals from exercise alone!! Oh i am green with envy!! Haha im so proud of you huni, lets make this time a really clean one. I ate bad for over a week and a half and i honesly lost all motivation to lose weight, i think thats what happend to you too. We have to stick to this together, Weight loss sistasAlso i think you changing your goal to 185 is defo more realistic and good
