I have stretch marks too, but mine are EVERYWHERE. and i didnt even have a child:( so you are so lucky you only have a few on your tummy!!

you seem really tight and i think when u loose the weight you want you're going to have a real nice body,cause its already nice and symmetric.

Princess- Thanks love! I like the shape of my legs, just wish they were smaller lol. I can't wait until my body gets smaller in general lol! Also, I think the stretch marks are worse in person! I got them on my sides too!


Jasper- thanks as well girl! I hope my belly gets tighter, theres a small pouch underneath my shorts because I had a c-section with my daughter. =/ Hoping that goes away!!!!

Today's Food diary!


diet green tea- 0 cal

Water water water! (craving a freaking coke right now, but i'll stick with...water!!) Lol


breakfast: (2 servings) cereal. 1 and a half cups of special k cereal / low fat milk- 400cal ---I never understood how 1 serving is only 3/4 cup...

Lunch: I haven't been hungry enough for lunch..

snack- nectarine and peanut butter crackers- 250 cal.

Dinner- Cooking salmon and asparagus with hollandaise sauce for dinner. mmmmmm. only 230 cals!!




880 calories? Seems too good to be true. I might have to have 2 pieces of fish. Extra protein and its only 100 cal!

Hun thats great and everything, but NEVER go below 1200 cals a day, its so unhealthy and could put your body in starvation mode in the long run:)
 
Yeah I know, for some reason i'm not all that hungry today. I may try to add some more protein or veggies to dinner for some extra cals! & I'm excited too, we have a little weight loss group of our own! =D
 
Oh and I hope my body looks good NAKED after I lose weight, these stretch marks need to go too for that to be possible! I hope I lose some of these huge boobies too! Hahah

Yvonne- I have been wanting to do some kind of boot camp! That would kick my butt into shape fast!

Kate- Yayyy! I'm so excited too! Tomorrow is my only day off this week, so i might not be online as much lol, tons of errands but i'll try to get on as much as i can! =D

I am 5'2 inches , and I like my height for the most part. I sometimes wish I was a few inches taller just so that my weight could even out a little more.



Today was an off day for sure. I realized I have little to no self control when other people around me want to eat badly! I went to ldinner with a friend and ate hot wings and fries with ranch! completely horrible!

The only thing I stuck with was drinking no pop. I had 0 cal lemonade instead.

I didn't even workout today, bummer!!!!

All i know is I have to make tomorrow a better day, and still lose my 3lbs this week!

Lunch: tuna sandwich (onion, pickles, mayo) with pepper jack cheese. - around 400 cal

AKate- I know, I just hate feeling guilty after eating bad! I am definitely going to do great today though! I'm working out today, despite the fact that my thighs are sooooo sore from the 1st day of workouts lol. Hopefully your working out too! =D

I love Kim K's body because she has curves, big boobs, and a flat stomach! I picked her as my fitspiration because my body resembles hers most when I'm in shape (except I don't have a big nice round booty and she does) Lol!

AAmanda I got this bootcamp from one of those discount websites...u know how u get groupon well its something like that and it was only £10 for unlimited bootcamp classes for a month...bargain

My thinspiration person is Kelly brook..I think she's lovely a proper representation of the modern woman body shape. If I ever thought I could have any body in the world though it would b gwyneth paltrow.

I love the pic of u though your really pretty. You'll look like that again in no time...myself and Kate are on the case.

Wow that's a great deal! I'm gonna look on the groupon website for something like that, I always wanted a friend to do it with me but looks like I have to be independent at some point! How do you like it so far????

Kelly brook has a great body! I agree she has great curves and a beautiful figure. Gwyneth paltrow seems a little too skinny for my taste!

Thanks ! If i could look like that in a year i'd be happy! I know we can all get to 180 by christmas, but i'd love to be 140 by next summer! That's 80 lbs from now though!

Breakfast: 2 large hard boiled eggs - 156 calories/ 12 grams protein.
1 medium sized plum- 30 calories. / 0.5 grams protein.
Diet Green tea: 0 cal
Total: 186 calories/ 12.5 g

Lunch: Thin bagel- peppered turkey, provolone cheese, 1 tbsp mayo/mustard- 330 cal
pickle -5 cal
diet tea- 0cal
Total: 335 cal/ 18 g protein.

Snack: 1 cup of cereal: special k, with low fat milk- 280 cal/ 9 g protein


Dinner: Baking chicken stuffed with swiss and bacon- 260 cal/ 27 g protein
2 cups broccoli with cheese melted. - 90 cal/6 protein
Total: 350 cal/ 33 g protein

Total 72.5 g protein/ 1151 cal

TODAY HAS BEEN GREAT !!! no cravings at all! :hurray:
