Oh noess...don't force yourself to eat breakfast then if it's gonna make you sick. Honestly people (including me) will suggest for you to eat breakfast, but it's really up to you and what works for you

ya it's really hard being a student. I go to uni downtown and am constantly bombarded with food and samples and this and that. sometimes its hard to stay on track

anyways you're doing really great. I will definitely be following! :)

Right, I'm doing todays tracker on this page so I dont have to keep skipping back a page.

Breakfast: NOTHING!
Lunch: philli and ham sandwich - 200ish
Dinner: half a pizzzzza (nomnom) - 400 salad with dressing - 50 WW cookie - 100
Snack: half a snickers duo - 126. Nuts -200 Crisps - 120

Exercise: Gym! 550 calories downnn, mothafuckaaaas!

Total: 1196

So I just read through most of your journal (OK, I read through some of your journal...) and have come to the conclusion that I like you. You're fun, and I am going to continue following your weight loss adventure!

And well done for reading *some* of my journel! It's very bloody long. I think once I hit 25lbs lost I'll make a new one so people don't have to wade through pages of shite to find out how amazing and slim and all those other lovely things I'll be when I'm not such a fat cow ;)
 
Well, being a student doesn't mean you have to be up until 2 am! You should try to get to bed a bit earlier and get up a bit earlier, it'll be better for you all around (sleep wise and eating wise). I remember being in uni and doing the RN nursing program and it was a heavy program but I still didn't let that give me an excuse to go to bed that late (though trust me it did happen when lots of essays were due) but being in such a busy program I had to get up in the morning so I always ate breakfast.

Skipping breakfast does happen to everyone I think from time to time, but if you are doing it more often you need to make sure you get your calories in (at least 1200!) You know it's not healthy to be below and it won't make for a sustainable weight loss. You know I'm just trying to help! Your weight loss is amazing so far and I want to see you be successful with it for sure, so just try to get in your calories (and your breakfasts!)
 
I knowww :( And I'm just never hungry in the morning. When I eat first thing I just feel ill for hours.

^^I am like this! I cannot eat in the morning as soon as I wake...I have to wait like 2 hours or so and if I eat earlier I feel sick. Esp w/eggs...I need pop for them.

I know you're right :( And I *do* listen, I promise. I just suck. BUT, today I had breakfast! Thanks for coming in a beating some sense into me. I do need it sometimes <3 Hope you're well, lady!

Breakfast: 2 small slices of bread with philli and ham! YAY FOR BREKKIE! - 170
Lunch: WW soup and one slice of toast with packet of crisps - 260
Dinner: carbonara with mixed veg and one piece of garlic bread 600
Snacks: crackers - 200 crisps - 100 polos - 100

Total:1430

Exercise: One hour in gym. 500 calories down agaiiiin!

The vile whale type creature coming out of the sea is me at my VERY fattest. *shudders* Was on my 20th Birthday in early September 2009.

The one of me posing like a dork in the mirror is me last month about 10 pounds down.

Anddd the one of me by the tree (can you tell I made him take it from far away so I look smaller? ;) ) is me 20 pounds down.

Hana you're doing so well!!! Keep it up, and you need to get pink hair permanenty, you pull it off well :) Just by looking at the pictures theres a difference!
And about the breakfast in the morning... I was a kid who didnt understand the whole "breakast is the important meal of the day" blah blah blah'ing going around. But I've grown to enjoy my breakfast, I even wake up a half hour earlier just to eat it... One day, you'll find the light to breakfast paradise too... ok jokes.
No, but honestly if you're doing well without, then just keep doing what you're doing!

You make a very good point and I *know* you're right--I'm just so damn lazy. I'm a student so I'm rarely in bed before 2am and then by the time I'm up, dressed and ready to eat, it's midday and it's lunch time. You're right though--I must make more of an effort. And with the water. That'll be my new goals for this week! Eat brekkie and drink more water! Thank you!!

You make me smile! I actually made you think about what I said and you are going to try it, good for you! :driving: Even though you are staying up late and waking up in the middle of the day, chances are you are awake for roughly the same amount of time as everyone else. Just b/c the "world" says it's lunch time when you are waking up, doesn't mean it has to be your "lunch time". I guess what I'm thinking is as long as you are kicking your metabolism in the butt when you wake, then you are on the right track. Increase your water and you will feel much better, even if you do pee 10 times a day.

There is a reason they call it "Breakfast". Look at it, you are "breaking" from a "fast". Your body has been fasting the entire time you were sleeping. Unless you have a feeding tube hook up next to your bed. LOL. :smilielol5:
