Breakfast: Is there really any point even putting breakfast down anymore? SKIPPED!

Honestly, I think you would see a lil more increase of weight loss if you ate even a small breakfast such as a piece of fruit, yogurt, or anything really. Your body needs some food in the morning to kick start it's metabolism. I used to do the same thing, then added just that little thing in the morning and within a couple weeks I started to see it shed off faster.
Another thing, how much water are you drinking? They used to claim the average adult needs 8-8oz glasses (64oz) of water a day. Now what the fitness leaders and nutritionists here in the military are telling me is that reports show the body needs 80-90oz of water. In addition to that, they include tea and coffee now in the "water" category along as there is nothing added such as cream or sugar.
