First of HUGE congrats on the pants size!!!! :) how fun is it to buy pants a size smaller... WHOOOOOOHOO!

2nd- about the boobs thing... BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR!!!! lol

not that my boobs were big... but lets just say i now wear a 32A bra... borderline training bra haha... NOT FUN.


i look like a 14 year old boy!!!!! HAHAH... pretty much my bra's purpose it to smoosh some of my back fat to the front so i appear to have a least the smallest of boobies.... skeeter bites are what they look like !!!!

Haha, thanks guys! I'd LOVE to have smaller boobs, don't complain! In my boxercise class they make you use a skipping rope. It's NOT fun! Very painful! I want to be a small C I think :D But anything smaller is fine too!! *grins*

Today:

Breakfast: *cough* skipped *cough*
Lunch: WW soup and one piece of toast - 200
Dinner: half pizza - 400 salad with grilled hallumi - 150
Snacks: 30g of Halloumi - 100. Small glass of wine - 100. Crisps - 120

Total: 1070 which is the same as yesterday...Freaky! Burnt 400 calories though, so will probably have some rye bread and hummous later.

Dear god, halloumi is orgasmic. That's all I have to say on the matter.

Went to the gym for a little work-out. My gym buddy wasn't feeling top of ze world so didn't stay long. But I did 15 mins treadmil, 20 mins cross trainer. Burnt 400 calories which is above average for how long I worked out for. So I'm happy :) Then went on to have a glass of wine at the pub though! Fail!

Afternoon everyone. Didn't go to lectures today as I'm feeling awfully lazy but I'm about to do a work-out DVD which should be interesting as Yank is watching me whilst he works. Not amused.


Today:

Breakfast: *cough* skipped AGAIN *cough*
Lunch: WW tomato soup and piece of toast - 170
Dinner: carbona - 700
Snacks: wholegrain crisps - 240. Cookie - 150

Total: 1260

I'm *actually* going to the gym before Weight Watchers tonight. Stay tuned for my weight loss (hopefully!) later this evening! I'm hoping for at least 1.5lbs because I've worked my fucking ass off this week. I've gone to the gym 5/7 times and eaten quite healthy apart from a few slip ups.

I bet I'll have lost nothing though. Just to make me feel crappy. But I wont even care, because I've been damn healthy and done a butt-load of exercise :D I feel GREAT even if the scales show nothing tonight!

Lunch: Ww veg soup with one slice of toast - 200 (LUSH!)
Dinner: minted lamb grill - 200 salad - 0 halloumi - 200
Snacks: crisps - 120

Yesterday me and Yank went out on a date which was lovelyyyy. Aquarium then cocktails then a very drunken dinner which was awesome :D

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Skipped
Lunch: WW soup and 2 crumpets - 200
Dinner: Chicken Parmigan (sp?) which I'm not sure about..Probably at least 800
Snacks: Crisps - 130 Cocktails - 200

Andddd then I came home and puked. So no idea how many calories I had for the day! Not a good end to the evening!!

Honestly, I think you would see a lil more increase of weight loss if you ate even a small breakfast such as a piece of fruit, yogurt, or anything really. Your body needs some food in the morning to kick start it's metabolism. I used to do the same thing, then added just that little thing in the morning and within a couple weeks I started to see it shed off faster. :leaving:

Another thing, how much water are you drinking? They used to claim the average adult needs 8-8oz glasses (64oz) of water a day. Now what the fitness leaders and nutritionists here in the military are telling me is that reports show the body needs 80-90oz of water. In addition to that, they include tea and coffee now in the "water" category along as there is nothing added such as cream or sugar.

You make a very good point and I *know* you're right--I'm just so damn lazy. I'm a student so I'm rarely in bed before 2am and then by the time I'm up, dressed and ready to eat, it's midday and it's lunch time. You're right though--I must make more of an effort. And with the water. That'll be my new goals for this week! Eat brekkie and drink more water! Thank you!!

I've had a mixed few days with food! Eating very healthy dinners in the evening but snacking in the afternoon which isn't good. Still, I'm *always* below 1700 calories and I've made it to the gym once so all is not lost :D

Today:

Breakfast: *grins* It's Saturdayyy! I'll eat brekkie tomorrow, promise!!!
Lunch: Wafer turkey ham and pihlli sandwich (200) a bowl of WW soup (90)
Dinner:
Snacks:

Total:

Congrats on losing 20 lbs! thats great :) Keep up the good work.

I'm also a student and i know how hard it is to make breakfast!! but seriously I've started to have something in the morning like oatmeal or scrambled egg whites on whole wheat toast...and it keeps me more full for the entire day so I don't snack as often. But I feel ya, breakfast is a chore sometimes!! (it's saturday and I slept in through breakfast lol)
 
I knowww :( And I'm just never hungry in the morning. When I eat first thing I just feel ill for hours. Must start trying though! I'm drinking a ton of water first thing now instead of eating and that has started to make me feel more hungry in ze morning!

It's a hard life, being a student ;)
