going good. Weight is slwoly coming off. Life is good. The sun is shining and the wind is blowing. Can you ask for more?
 
Sounds like you're on your way thinking of foods to eat and ways to cut back on calories. I suggest you come up with simple routines such as taking a walk, some kind of exercise regiment, would help you a great deal.
 
Nice one on still losing after having some naughty foods :) must have felt nice to see your family and have them all notice you looking slimmer xx

Had a 90 min session at the gym last night and nearly died. Was wonderful. 40 mins on treadmill (walking on high incline) and burnt 400 calories. Then a 15 weight loss programme on the cross trainer which was SO good but so difficult. Thought my legs were going to come off! I've improved though---2 months ago I couldn't even do 5 mins on the cross trainer! Then I lifted some weights on a leg machine.

I'm doing "hot cycling" which is a spin class at the Uni Gym today and it's just a half hour workout so I'm expecting it to be super intense! Can't wait :D

And Boxercise tomorrow! I'm working my ass off this week to see what difference it makes for next weigh-in.

Yesterday I ate a lot more than intended in the evening BUT I worked my fucking ass off in the gym and did like 650 calories overall so I was allowed a few treats! Mini-milks are only 30 calories (ice-pop yummy things) and I had WW crisps too! nom nomm nom
 
Spinning was SO hard. Very fun though. Although I can't feel my bum.

Breakfast:

2 crumpets with cream cheese - 150

Lunch:
WW pizza - 300

Dinner:
Chicken - 200
WW bacon - 50
Spinich and cream cheese stuffing for the chicken - 50
Rice - 200

Snacks:
Packet of WW crisps - 80
Two bites of Yank's carrot cake slice - 50(?)
NOM NOM NOM!

Total: 1080.

Clearly not enough but I'll probably have a mini-milk and a salad later this evening along with a few drinks!

Good work keep it up

Spinning is a great intense work out. For a fat guy I have the world's skinniest white ass. Made a world of difference to get a really good pair of bike shorts. I look ridiculous in them so I wear basketball shorts over them. It's better than having numb nether regions.

Drank far too much last night and ended up puking up my lovely dinner. Was very unhappy!! Looking forward to hitting the gym today and really pushing myself. Burnt around 650 on Tuesday so looking to do 700 in the same amount of time today!

Today:

Breakfast: Skipped (again!) because I slept in to get rid of my hangover ;)
Lunch: One bit of white toast and WW spag with a scraping of butter - 210
Dinner:
Snacks:
WW snack - 90
One slice of bread with peanut butter and half a banana on it! NOM - 150
Really trying to make a huge effort to drink enough water. I suck so badly at getting it in! I just hate needing to pee every 2 mins.

In other news, I went clothes shopping yesterday with Yank. AND I'VE GONE DOWN A JEANS SIZEEE! YAY! I'm going to wait til I've lost another stone and then spend a butt-ton of money on a really nice pair to treat myself :D

Sucks about the drinking! I don't remember the last time I drank enough to be sick! I came close a year and a half ago though! lol I'm not really a drinker, which is good cause it's just crap calories and bad for the liver! Once in a while won't kill ya though.

Sucks that you got the pukes, but hey, at least you got rid of those calories one way or another! hehe :puke: I'm so bad!! but it's true!! Your body was kicking that extra booze right out of your system!

So not a *horrible* day but pretty bad considering I didn't drag my fat ass to the gym.

*shakes bingo wings* BUT, I'm going today! After I get my hair cut ;) Then I'll feel all hot-shit whilst I'm working out! Although, I'm really bummed. I lost my ipod. Which really fucking sucks. But can't be helped. I'll maybe pick up a new one. Although they have TV's on at the gym with dance music and such which is okay.

Right, today I'm GOING to the gym. Must get there this afternoon. I didn't go yesterday BUT I really wanted to go EVERY day this week to see what difference it makes.

Last few weeks at WW have been small losses and it's time to up my game again! So gym today and tomorrow AND monday. Then I'll have been 6/7 days and I sure as hell better have lost more than a pound!

Can someone give me some feedback? Is it not a good idea to go every day? I go for an hour usually. 30 on treadmill, 15 on cross trainer and then 15 toning. Should I be doing longer sessions but fewer times a week? Or keep going every day (or near enough) and see what difference it makes?

I guess we'll find out on Tuesday when I get weighed! I've been okayish with food but I have that horrible mentality where I get home from a work-out and think "Ohh, I deserve something yummy for dinner" and have larger portions/more snacks. But I've been well restrained this week. Slipped up a few times but nothing to write home about.

Pub food yesterday has upset my tummy so I'm not a happy girl. Trying to get my calories around 1200 every day but I seem to be way under or way over recently!

Anyway, hope you lovely people are all sticking to your diets and stuffs and kicking ass

Also, I took some photos of myself to upload to see if I could see a difference between now and Jan and OH MY GODDD. I look so much better :) I can see ma waist and everything! I was planning on posting but I never realised how HUGE my boobs are and it looks more like wanna-be porn star portfolio than chubby girl looking for her waist. It's not like I'm nekkid or anything but I don't think the Yank would approve of me posting photos of me in my undies!! *grins* But I LOOK AWESOME! :D :D :D
