I've been trying super hard with drinking more water. Had 2.5 litres yesterday and the day before so I'm doing well! Can't stop peeing though! But guess that's part of it

Today:
Breakfast: WW soup, half a piece of Yank's toast - 100
Lunch: Ham and extra light philli sandwich 200
Dinner: small chicken breast, home made chips, cucumber - 500
Snacks: mini cheese toastie from starbucks - 200. small chai latte - 150 crisps - 120
Total: 1270
Exercise:
Can't get to the gym today because I have a training session at work
And I've got WW tomorrow so can't gym either
I hate going to the gym on the same day as WW because I feel like I can't eat/drink very much before I get weighed and it's not good to go to the gym and not drink water. Awh well, back on Wednesday and I'll do a walk today and tomorrow to make up for the lack of gym 
Although, I've been SO stiff the last few days. My gorgeous Yank has been a STAR and is giving me massages every evening (I know, I'm stupidly lucky, I don't even have to ask!!) but I still wake up feeling like I've been hit by a truck.
I think it's because I've started doing the rowing machine at the gym. I'd NEVER used one prior to 2 days ago and I think I went a little mad the last 2 days and have done myself an injury. Probably better to avoid the gym for a few days until whatever it is that's making me have these headaches and stiffness goes anyway!
