I've been trying super hard with drinking more water. Had 2.5 litres yesterday and the day before so I'm doing well! Can't stop peeing though! But guess that's part of it :p

Breakfast: WW soup, half a piece of Yank's toast - 100
Lunch: Ham and extra light philli sandwich 200
Dinner: small chicken breast, home made chips, cucumber - 500
Snacks: mini cheese toastie from starbucks - 200. small chai latte - 150 crisps - 120

Total: 1270




Exercise:


Can't get to the gym today because I have a training session at work :( And I've got WW tomorrow so can't gym either :( I hate going to the gym on the same day as WW because I feel like I can't eat/drink very much before I get weighed and it's not good to go to the gym and not drink water. Awh well, back on Wednesday and I'll do a walk today and tomorrow to make up for the lack of gym :p

Although, I've been SO stiff the last few days. My gorgeous Yank has been a STAR and is giving me massages every evening (I know, I'm stupidly lucky, I don't even have to ask!!) but I still wake up feeling like I've been hit by a truck.
I think it's because I've started doing the rowing machine at the gym. I'd NEVER used one prior to 2 days ago and I think I went a little mad the last 2 days and have done myself an injury. Probably better to avoid the gym for a few days until whatever it is that's making me have these headaches and stiffness goes anyway!

You are doing so awesome!! I don't drink nearly enough water... You motivate me to start fueling up my peeing machines!

P.S. Rowing machines are evil contraptions of death!! You've got guts!!

Spew... I *HATE* the rowing machine!!! And of course when I have a training session, my trainer absolutely loves it to pieces and it's his cardio equipment of choice. :puke:

Then again I didn't think the elliptical was that bad until I had to start doing intervals on it!!
 
Lady Foodaholic (loving the name, by the way) - Yes, rowing machines are EVIL and my poor back may never recover. I may be scarred in some awful way for the rest of my life. Yes, I shall be tall, blonde and skinny (here's hoping I keep my boobs!) but every time I see a rowing machine I shall cry and shake and curse the person who invented them. It may harm me in later life. *nods wisely*

Xenon - Yes, I adore milk. Unless I am hungover/it's warm. In that case, to quote the immortal words of Ron Burgandy (watch Anchorman?) "Milk was a bad choice." But, yes, I do love it :D Thanks for the tip! If I ever get over my phobia of the rowing machine and get aches again I shall try it a shot! :D

I wish I could say I loved any machine at the gym but all are fucking HORRID and all shall suffer when I am thin and tiny and I'll stroll through mocking them by standing near them and looking cute but not *actually* using them.

Today was okayish for food but (food diary is ^ up there) I had FAR too many carbs. Just one of those days where all I wanted was bread and pasta and other yummy carby things. Just stuck with the bread and home-made chips though. And by chips I mean fries, for you Yankies out there. I've trained my Yank to understand the English variations but I never know if any others know!

Afternoon guys :)

Weight Watchers this evening! EEEEEEEEEEEE! Can't eat very much before 7pm so must be careful.

Breakfast: WW soup, piece of bread - 140
Lunch:
Dinner: small chicken breast stuffed with extra light philli/garlic. One piece of garlic bread. one small jacket potato. Cucumber - 500
Snacks: 2 packs of crisps - 200. humbug sweeties - 80

Only had 980ish today which is not good. Must eat more but it's after midnight and I'm tired so tough!

I joined a weight loss challenge at my gym- kinda biggest loser style, there's 3 teams- so every Thurs night I have a group session with the trainer (it goes for 12 weeks, paid for up front. You also get tshirt, bag and towel and there's cool prizes at the end for the biggest loser and most improved endurance). Then a couple of weeks in he asked if anyone was interested in partnering up with someone else in our team for 2 on 1 sessions another day of every week, so I do another 30min session every Saturday- normally a training session is $40 but cuz there's 2 of us we pay half each- but last week I decided I needed extra motivation and did my first one-on-one sesh at 6am Monday morning lol. You have NO idea the pain I'm in!!! I hate it and yet love it so much at the same time :ack2:
 
Good luck at WW! I'm cheering for you but I don't think you will need it! Your workouts have been great and you must never go over your daily points!! Keep it up!

Every Tuesday evening I go! I don't weigh myself every day because I fluctuate like hell so there's no point really!! Haha, I really did squeal like a little piggy! I'm so happy :D Feels so good to be getting somewhere finally! Nice to see some results :D
