Hi!

Hey I'm Sara, I'm 18 years old, and am 5'4/153 lbs. I've been trying forever to lose weight, and have had no luck. For years I thought crash dieting was the quick solution, but ended up gaining 30 lbs from trying to hardly eat anything, then end up binging everyday. Now I'm ready to go on a reasonable diet and exercise regimen. I want to look better and have more energy, and I need to stop wasting my time trying diets that I won't stick to.

So yeah, just wanted to say hi :)
