Well slap a tick and call it Harry, what a beautiful day it is I tell ya!

ZuZu & I loved our walk.. Omigosh the baby ducks in the pond were so adorable! Since it's still windy, it was great once we came around on the side the wind was blowing mist from fountain...lol.. Cooled us off..

Brisk Walk @ Park + Going up/down huge hill 4X:

4,513 Steps - 2.2 ml - 240 cals burned - 41 mins.

I am pleased that you are back to getting your walk in. I am sure that it helps in so many ways.

Can you take your pulse Stacy?

My keep fit teacher has been telling me that the optimum fat burning heart rate for a 34 year old woman (looking you up on my chart) is between 112 to 131 beats per minute. If you take a pulse count for 6 seconds starting at zero you can multiply by 10.
