1st walk - 1,675 steps - 1.3 ml - 44 cals burned - 17 mins.
2nd walk - 2,099 steps - 1.6 ml - 55 Cals burned - 20 mins.
Total: 3,774 steps - 2.9 ml - 99 cals burned - 37 mins.
are you sure your pedometer is calibrated correctly? for the majority of people it's generally 2000-2500 steps per mile...
I think I want to join. I bought a cheap pedometer until I get a chance to find a nice one. It might not be super accurate, because its from the dollar store. But I'll try to keep up with it.
