Was going to post this on the first page but there's no more room for more pictures. I think the definition is from cycling so much. I'm not sure. Maybe its genetic. I love cycling though.

This is just crap....and I get comments like this:
OMG YOU CAN FLEX YOUR CALF!! you should try some raises. they'll give your calf more of a teardrop shape instead of the droop you're getting now.

Its upsetting. I'm so sorry, and a bit angry.
I'll just delete the stupid pic. I've been bullied my whole life and don't want to put up with this crap

Don't listen to them. People are rude and when they feel the need to comment on something about you its because they feel crappy about themselves. You have done great and look amazing.
 
Thanks guys for helping me get through that the other day.

This is the latest video at 167.0 lbs. I'm going to try to get to 160.0. Its upsetting with the skin/fat around the chest. Please, please start it at 0:22 seconds. Its embarassing :(

This! That is exactly what i thought when i seen him.

You will get a girlfriend somehow mate these things normally fall into place by itself.
 
You guys always are supportive when I'm feeling bad. Thank you.

Just some people screwing with me on another forum and saying some pretty nasty things...people give me a positive rep I think is good and then it turns out that person never sent it...was someone just screwing with me. I just really don't know what to believe anymore. I am really depressed.

I would leave the other forum..DO NOT let those people make you feel bad about yourself.You have accompilished amazing things. I think you need to hold your head high..You are good looking:) Smile and think about the good things you have in life ! No one can defeat you unless you first defeat yourself..Dont let them make you feel defeated:) Smile.you will be ok!!
 
You have done amazing just look at your before and after pics. Come on you must know how good your done if people like me are calling you an inspiration :)
 
Well here's a photo at 164.0....again today.


Starting to notice slight more changes....if I pull back all the loose skin, I can start to see the obliques a little bit. I can feel them too. Unfortunately the loose skin covers most of it..

Went to the doctors today. ECG is normal, no thickening at all of the heart. Was 165.0 today on the scale with no clothes. After I ate and dressed I was 167.0 on the doctor's scale.

Doctor said I am not fat, that my BMI is slightly higher than normal, but that's because of muscle mass. I told her my bodyfat was 14-15% (mostly 15%) and she said that confirms it is muscle mass.

She said although its not neccessary to lose anymore weight for me, if I were to lose another 10-15 lbs (I'm aiming for 10) to lower my bodyfat even more, she could take me off the blood pressure meds. She said that the lower bodyfat you are, the less your heart has to work. I think that's why bodyfat is so important. So I'm going to try and get to around 157 next. Aiming for 160 as next goal, I'll re check body comp then.

I'll do anythinig to get off these stupid meds.

My dad disagrees and says I don't have another 10-15 to lose and thought it was ridiculous...I want to listen to him but I also want to listen to the doctor and lower my bodyfat to 10% or so to get off these stupid meds. Wish I knew what was causing the high blood presssure.
