My weight loss journey

Another good day. Tomorrow is measure day and I am a bit nervous because of the 2 binge days I had last weekend. I hope I lost at least another cm. Anyway, I am off to watch Eurovision :D

Day 43
  • Breakfast:
    • scrambled eggs: 220 kcal
    • yogurt: 100 kcal
    • zdenka: 80 kcal
  • Lunch & Dinner:
    • chicken: 650 kcal
    • yogurt: 100 kcal
Total: 1150 kcal
 
Today is measure day and I continue to "melt", hahah :D I also tried my biggest pre-quarantine pants, which I could barely pull up over my knees 2 months ago, and it fits! They are a little snug, but that will be fixed soon :D
  • waist: 85.5 cm
  • belly: 108 cm
  • hips: 115.6 cm
So, since the beginning I've lost 10.5 cm in waist, 7 cm in belly and 5.4 in hips.

I went for 2 walk today, in the morning and in the evening = 10000 steps, good day.

Day 44

It was good day, I haven't been able to go for a walk, but I ate well. Feeling a bit down.

I didn't have time to log in yesterday, but I didn't binge, it was good day, food wise. I think I am definitely changing my eating habits and my mindset towards food, which is good.
The reason I've been feeling down for the last couple of days is tiredness. I work and after work I study and I am not eating that much, so I feel really tired. For the weekend I am going to my parents in other town (after 6 months). I almost certain I won't binge, but I probably won't be able to count calories strictly as I am doing now.
