Yes I know some of you i talk to more on messenger then I do stopping by the diaries too. I still try to make it by at least every couple days to each of your pages. I have subscribed to 12 different diaries/challenges so I just make sure to post in almost all of them everyday sometimes i only post once a week in some of them. Well its 10:07 am but i managed to get up at 9:30 am. Now if i can just manage to make breakfast and get my ass to work on the backyard. lol :)

well alex wants breakfast so i am going to get off here at make us breakfast but will post my activities for the day that i get down later. Hope everyone is having a great saturday.

Hello everyone, today was interesting to say the least.. lol We woke up at 9:30am and got breakfast: strawberry shake.. yummy.. and alex didn't like it cause he doesn't like the seeds that are naturally in strawberries.. so he kinda made a face when he tasted it. Lunch was suppose to be 2 bacon cheesburgers but they forgot to put the bacon on them so they were just plain cheeseburgers w/ketcup and pickles.. Dinner was a frescata club(turkey, ham and a slice of swiss cheese and tomato) 1 medium fry and 1 cherry coke which at first tasted nasty as I haven't had any caffine sodas in forever i have only been drinking caffiene free ones. so today was kinda bad as far as cals and stuff but i did get in some exercise although it wasn't formal exercise i did work in my target heart rate while doing it plus walked like 5 miles today. I did a hour in my backyard but still have a ton more to do in it. but cant' since our green waste is filled and won't get dumped until wednesday morning.. so thats on hold again until then.

My plan for next week is to work on the garage a little at a time until its repacked and gone through to get all the junk out of it that we don't need anymore. it really all depends on how well alex behaves for me. I can only really do it when he's napping or watching movies in the living room or playing with his toys so hopefully he will nap good during the week.

well here's to a better day tomorrow with food intake and exercise. Hope everyone is having a great weekend

Congrats on working on your back-yard and working in your target heart rate!!
It is hard to find good food choices when we eat out, or at least I find it that way. Fries are a big no-no for me, I never really liked them anyway.. :) I rather replace them with some kind of fruit or a salad.
Keep working towards your goal, one step at the time.. and you will see it becaming a reality!! Some days are harder to focus then others' , keep in mind the final result!! A healthier YOU!!

I know that face lol. My friend's daughter hates the seeds too so she does the same thing. :p

Thanks everyone for stopping by today.
Today was an interesting day considering I couldn't fall asleep for anything last night and didn't get to sleep until after 3:30am and then i woke up at 5 something this morning then alex woke up at like 9 something and wanted me to get up lucky me he likes to sit in bed and watch cartoons so i just turned on his cartoons and feel back asleep until shortly after 10 something this morning. so breakfast: i drink 1/2 cup of my shake that i made this morning since it had way to many seeds in it even for me. lol :) then had 1 egg scrambled w/1/4 cup milk. and 6 pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of wheat toast w/1 teaspoon butter on it.

No lunch as i wasn't hungry do to eating breakfast late.

1 banana for a snack and then 2 slices of pepperoni pizza for dinner and will have another snack tonight when i get my workout in since besides my 1/2 mile walk i really haven't done any today yet. Gotta get my butt in gear since tomorrow is weigh in day.. yikes.. hopefully i don't gain anything.

hope everyones weekend was good. Tomorrow is monday and the start of a new week for me as far as losing weight so hopefully if i don't lose much this at tomorrow's weigh in i will still lose some at next weigh in after tomorrow.
 
Hey Darling... arent you in the right mind frame to acheive some serious goals! I cant wait to see the look on your hubbys face when you do see each other again!! what a great suprise for him--- a brand new foxy looking lady standing at the wharf waiting for him, he wont wanna go away again with the fear someone else might snatch ya up lol...

cerella- no i didn't get any additional exercise in besides my 1 of exercise that i did before 10:30pm last night although i was up until 1am so i probably could have put in more time exercising if i had felt like it. lol :)

Anyways today was my weigh in day and boy was I surprised at today's total considering i wasn't thinking i would lose much since the week before i only lost a total of .2 lbs. So the New total for today's weigh in is 248.4 lbs so I am very happy about that. woohooo!!!! :jump: :jump:

Now to get in some exercise and maybe breakfast before my little one gets up as today is the first time in a while that I have actually been up before he is. which is nice to see.. lol

I'll update later as to what i eat and the exercise i get in.
 
Way to go Heather!! Congrats on being in the 240's, you will cruise through them before they have a chance to say you have been there.. LOL

Thanks tammy and Hajni, I sure hope your right about the 240's flying by. I am hoping to be like 230 or 220 by halloween so i can get a cute outfit for halloween since i love the holiday.

Well today's food: strawberry banana shake.. so yummy..
3/4 cup strawberries, 2 medium bananas(sliced came to 1 1/3 cups) 1/3 cup of 1% milk 6 oz strawberry banana yogurt and 4 ice cubes.

Lunch: turkey and cheese sandwich grilled on wheat bread

Dinner: 2 small chicken strip wraps with 1 cheese slice each and a plum.

Water: 84 oz's

Exercise: 15 minutes of cardio and 4.5 mile walk.

Mini goals that i am hoping to do all week long:
get 64 oz of water or more each day.
do 30 minutes of cardio everday and 15-30 minutes of combination of upper and lower body workout and do 50-100 crunches every other day.
burn at least 500 to 750 cals per day in exercise alone.

well hope everyone has a great week. I'm heading to bed i'm tired and i really didn't workout much today. or it doesn't feel like it.

Judging by your tracker, looks like you are close to your immediate goal. Keep up the hard work :) I am glad your meds are helping you cope with your depression. When I get depressed, I become an eating machine and it sucks!

I, too, am trying to lose weight for myself and for my fiance. Good luck and I am glad your friend told you about this place. I just found it tonight, too, and I already really like it!

50 crunches... I think after 25 I am dying. I don't think I ever done 50 crunches at once!! Just reminding me an area to work on.

Thanks everyone. Today has been busy and its only going to get busier since i'm planning on moving things around today in my bedroom to try to get the glare off of my tv and laptop when i'm watching it during the day. anyways hope everyone had a great day. So far things as far as food are doing good.

Breakfast: strawberry shake and 1 mini bagel with 2 tbsp peanutbutter on it.
Lunch: slimfast-meal on the go bar since i was trying to get alex to nap.
Snack: 20 blackberries and 1 grape tomato
Dinner: 1-3oz pork chop and 2 cup of four cheese rice/vermicelli mix
Totals
Calories: 1,431
Fat : 41
Carbohydrates: 176
Protein: 65
water: 84 oz
exercise: 30 minutes of cardio
