Hello all today was a so so day for me. I really didn't exercise as i have not felt like it due to not sleeping very good during the night but that comes with the territory when your worried about your hubby as he's been in the hospital the last few days due to dehydration and possible overdose on his meds due to his body not being able to digest food and stuff right since he's been throwing up everything he ate or drink for 24 hours before they put him in the hospital. He's now doing a little better although the docs over there are taking very good care of him. He has called me twice in a row the last two days and woke me up from a sleeping.. lol

gotta love good morning calls.. anyways enough of that. He's doing good and getting better so i need to stop worrying about what I can't really control or take care of myself right now. Anyways, food today:
Breakfast was raspberry/banana shake.
Snack: 100 cal pack of beef jerky
Lunch: a reduced fat string cheese and 4 chips ahoy cookies that were in a 100 cal pack.
Dinner 1/2 a pepperoni calzone
Desert: 1 small slice of apple cream cheese pie
So not sure on total cals as i can't find any info as to the calzone or the pie online and the place we got the stuff from doesn't have it on their sites either..
I'm estimating about 1700-1800 cals for the day though but maybe not since i didn't have a big lunch as i wasn't hungry or feeling that good due to having a headache since i slept horribly last night.
Exercise: 2.6 mile walk.
Water: 3- 24 oz bottles of water.
Tomorrow's plan is to get 45-60 minutes of cardio in and 30 minutes of weight training in. and start to plan out the rest of this week and next weeks food so i can have a plan in place for next week. as we are heading to disneyland on friday and won't be home until saturday night but only staying in disneyland for the day. Then saturday will be spending time at my sis's place and possibly swimming.. as her apartments have pools.. woohoo and a gym yeah me.. lol so maybe i can do some running or something if i can get them to watch alex for a bit.. Well hope everyone had a great day today and sorry i didn't post in your diaries today things were just kinda on a offday for me today. hope to be back to normal tomorrow.. lets hope anyways. at least as far as food for sure.
