Momma4alex’s adventures in surprising my man….

ok well here's a short update. i am currently in the process of retrying to lose weight. i had gained 10 lbs in 6 weeks of being preggo the last time. i just lost the baby on may 29th and the doc said because i wasn't that far along i didn't have to worry bout not taking time off of exercise. besides school and such i'm doing good. anyways i'm going to try to work out 30 minutes a day for at least 5 days a week. so thats my goal. i wanna get down to 225 by the time cameron turns 1. so that gives me 4 months left to get there.
 
Ok well i'm currently weighin in at 241 lbs and striving for 225 by october 28, 2009. My youngest baby 1st bday. I plan on working out at least 30 minutes a day doing either ddr or working out on wii fit. i still haven't tried my fitness coach or the golds gym but ya.. gotta get to working out.

I hardly have time to work out but i'm going to push myself to do it everyday cause its the only way i'm going to get to my goal. I'm a college student and got 2 boys that demand my attention but i figured that mommy needs a little attention herself. So thats whats going to happen.

here's my food so far today:
breakfast:
1 1/2 cups 1%milk mixed with a banana and high protein slimfast mix
16 wheat thin crisps.

Lunch: a chicken patty sandwich w/ 1 tsp of light mayo. on 2 whole wheat slices of bread. and 10 pringles.

Dinner: pork chops with steamed veggies

snack: 1 cup oatmeal squares dry cereal

water: ?? will update when before bed.
no soda today so far hoping to keep that up.
 
Hey heather - I guess I should post here get lol!I'm still working on getting use to posting again.your a very determined person and you will get your goal in no time.you amaze me that way!
 
Ok this am i weighed in at 239. lol its been a week since i started really working out again. I played ddr disney for 4 hours today with my mom. Man is that a workout when just about all your songs were on basic level. A few days ago i was at 241 and then started out at 242.8 lbs so i'm doing well. I am trying the no soda thing and so far i have done great today. no soda since saturday night. so i'm hoping to keep it up. I've been drinking nothing but milk, water or tea.

food for today:
breakfast: 4 sauages and 2 eggs and 2 biscuits with 8 oz of 1% milk.
Lunch: none.. was still full from breaky and playing ddr with mom.
dinner: three cheese hamburger helper

water/tea: 32 oz so far.. still adding more..

Hey Heather Thank you and your kids are adorable and YEAH lol Peyton had is 6 month check up last MONDAY he weighed 21.3 lbs and 28 inches as well.I find it wierd but he is my biggest child as he grows but my smallest when he was born and another weird thing I was 200+ with my other ones and they were not that chunky at that age and I got down to 155 when I got preggers with PEYTON and lol looky we both are packing it on..I am glad your doing well and I do check on ya and check out the kiddies pics over in MYSPACE land lol..HUGGGS and CONGRATS on losing your doing great!

Hey everyone.. haven't been around much.. school is almost over for a few weeks. Hubby was home for 4 days as he had his vasectomy done.. so no more babies for us. My youngest is almost 8 months old and my oldest just turned 5 on the 25th of this month. We went to my sister's yesterday and celebrated his bday. We went swimming yesterday for 3 hours.. boy is that a workout.. lol

Anyways.. it doesn't seem to have helped the weight loss at all yet but thats cause when hubby is home i didn't get in any exercise except the bedroom kind.. haha sorry if too much info. Anyways.. I am getting into the idea of exercising for 30 minutes a day and 96 oz of water a day or more.. I wanna try to get my weight down to at least 230 by the time hubby comes home next month. he makes me feel good about how i look but at the same time bad cause he weighed in at 206 when he was home. :( i wanna weigh less then him.

ok well gotta go but will be back to post my food and water and exercise later today. Got tons of homework to do. final is on tuesday
 
Ok Wow its been a long time since i posted in my diary.. haha well i start school next tuesday and will be going 2 nights a week from 6pm to 10pm.. yuck.. lol but its gotta be done. Alex is doing good. starting to try to walk on his own when he gets too impatient. Cameron is starting to crawl or at least scoot forward.

I'm doing ok personally but really getting annoyed at the scale but my clothes are fitting better so i guess something is changing. I am able to fit into a 22 which is good but i wanna fit into my other clothes too which some are 18/20's i dont' think i have anything smaller then that but then i can just take my mom's clothes which are 14/16's haha if i can fit into her clothes then i'll be happy.. the smallest size i wanna get down to is a 8/10 if possible. i don't wanna go too skinny but at the same time i wanna be able to go into any store and buy my clothes.

well gotta go for now. Alex has occupational therapy.
 
Ok well life like always is crazy with 2 kiddos even more crazy when they are sick. Hopefully things settle down a bit next week when alex starts school on monday. I can't believe he's starting kindergarden. anyways things stuck in the world of weight loss for me. I weighed in at 239 this am so i'm kinda down about that but i got in 35 minutes of wii fit and will be doing more later today. my goal is to try to burn at least 500 cals a day in exercise.

anyways.. thats about it for now gotta get the boys over their colds
 
Well everyone here is over there colds. i didn't make my goal of losing 6 lbs before hubby got home. i'm weighing in currently still at 239 lbs. I am hoping to get down to 235 if not lower by the time hubby comes home in september and 225 by the end of october.. if possible. i posted some pics in my before and after section and here's a motivational page i made today to remind me of what i'm working towards and why. there's also a motivational goal setting quote on there.
 
Hey all.. man its been a month since i've posted here. things have been kinda crazy. With school full time and the boys. Alex started school august 17th and cameron's getting huge. he's almost 11 months old and weighs 21 lbs 4 oz as of sept 11th and is 32 1/2 inches long Alex was doing great. he was walking on his own for a few weeks. but then he got sick starting on the 11th but got really bad on the 18th/19 and he slept all day on the 19th with the exception of like 4 hrs. They both were running fever's from 99.7 to 104 degrees for 4 days and now just have been running low grade ones the last few days.

I'm really hoping i don't get sick but i doubt i'll be that lucky as anytime anyone gets sick in the house i get it too. anyways. i am currently not doing so hot in the food or exercise department as of this and due to school winding down. i have 3 more nights of on campus classes till october 12th then i start back full time and maybe going 4 nights a week. haven't got my final schedule worked out just yet. should know next week. either way i have to take 12 units to be considered full time. yikes i'm only taking 9 right now.

i am hoping to get down to 225 by the end of october but at this point i doubt that will happen as i would have to lose 13 lbs in one month. thats a long even for someone that is as big as i am. I'm currently weighing in at 238 still.. have been for over a month. :( anyways thats all for now.
 
Hey all.. well i've been gone for a few months.. things have been crazy busy here. between school the boys and getting sick off and on all freaking winter so far.. in fact right now i'm sick again. anyways i hadn't weighed myself in a while and i'm sad to say i've gained.. i am now up to 249.6 and looking to get down to 230 by new years eve. so thats 19.6 lbs in 6-7 weeks..

I really wanna get this weight off. its driving me nuts.. the only plus is i have no fit into a size 22 without any issue on buttoning or zipping it up. so thats a good thing and my shirts are all 16-18 or 2x depending on style. my boys are doing pretty well besides the sickies every couple weeks. Alex is walking on his own for the most part and is doing well in school. Cameron just started walking bout 4 weeks ago. So that has been fun.. and tiring as he loves to climb so true baby-proofing begans again.. locking down the cabinets and the bookshelves to the walls and all that fun stuff that i hadn't been worried bout cause alex wasn't a climber.. the boys are totally different when it comes to that but boy to they have their tempers the same and daddy's height.. alex is almost 4 ft tall at 5 years old and cameron's like 33 inches at 1 year old.

well i'm heading to bed but will hopefully be posting more now that i'm getting back on track to lose this damn weight.
 
thanks.. i can't believe i have gained 10 lbs since i was last on here actively.. anyways i didn't get a chance to go to the gym today cause of Cameron's doc appt taking 2 hrs and then him being extremely fussy cause he got 5 shots today and has to go back in a month for the 2nd dose of his regular flu shot.. my poor baby.. i hate shots.
 
Hi Heather, we are both back in the game!! I gained 10 lbs as well on my vacation and now working hard to lose it.
It is tough with the boys and then school I know.
I just went back to work full time after like 3 months of part time work and boy it was a huge adjustment, I didn't think I got so used to be home!!!
So anyway, cheering for you to lose the weight!!!

Well today was weigh in day.. i decided to weigh in every monday.. Today's number is 244.6. This is down from 249.6 on 11/14/09. I am really surprised as i only was able to go to the gym 2 days last week and not sure how many days i will be able to go this week as the boys are both coughing and have runny noses which the daycare won't let them stay with.. so this week may just be at home exercise.. which i guess is ok since my sister bought me the wii fit plus game to go with my balance board.. for my bday which is on thanksgiving day this year.. yikes... i'm gonna be 27.. need to get this weight off.. i never thought i would still be working on this 2 years later.. anyways.. i am hoping to get down to 210 by new years and then maybe hit 150 by cameron's 2nd bday... we will see if i can keep doing this with the weigh in's i should be good to go..
