Thanks tammy, Its a great feeling to know and see my ticker going down now if i just had the patience to really wait for it to go down to what i want it to be then i would have this thing down pat.. lol :rotflmao: I am so bad with waiting for things it not even funny. Well now to think about my goal for the halloween challenge so i can tell you once we get the challenge started.
 
HI Heather, congrats on the weight this morning. I don't recommend weighing in every day though ,I am doing it and it drives me nuts sometimes, but now I am so addicted to it, I think I would have to come home from work if I ever missed the morning scale.. LOL
Doing great on your exercise and your food also. Keep going girl

Thanks everyone. It took a lot to get to finally have the nerve to post a pic but i figure the hardest part is actually posting it and since i have done that its all good. I'm going to keep updating it every so often probably like every time i reach a mini goal or like a major goal like maybe the halloween challenge? Well food today was so yummy.

Breakfast: 2 instant packages of weight control quaker oatmeal
Lunch: 1 egg salad sandwich(2eggs 1 teaspoon mayo and 2 slices of wheat bread)
Dinner 1-3oz piece of chicken grilled w/ 1/4 teaspoon seasoning. 1 cup of mac and cheese
Snack: Plum and some grapes.

Exercise: 30 minutes of cardio and 100 crunches and 2 sets of 20 lower body exercises.

water: 64 oz 2 cups of milk

Totals: 1,598 cals 45g fat, 226g carbs, and 84g protein

You got more courage than I do!! I still have not posted my before and in-between pictures, only in my diary..LOL I am sure it will be a great motivational tool for you!! And it will be awesome to see the difference every 10-15 lbs or so. Just make sure you take them in the same clothing if possible and the same way away from the camera!!! You go girl!!

I must say your egg salad sandwhich looks yummy!
I used to make tuna salad using boiled eggs onion lite miracle
whip all white tuna and vinegar but I don't like the fishy taste
anymore so I may try just egg salad yummmm I am drooling now
hahaha....Hope you have a gr8 day I love the new pics of you

Thanks tammy and all who said anything about my pics. My son can be adorable but a handful at times too anyone who's got kids know what its like when they are going through the terrible twos and 3's.. lol :) anyways i didn't write down what i ate today so i have no clue exact cals but i know i was over them as i had a candy bar tonight.. lol my cheat day for the week.
Anyways exercise is shopping and running errands today. Walked a total of 6.83 miles in under 3 hours so yeah that was pretty good exercise for me. So i am exhausted. Tomorrow is abs and cardio and weights again not sure on how many miles i will do for walking though probably at least 2 for sure. maybe more.

Hope everyone had a great day today and will tomorrow too. Keep up all the hard work and thanks for all the support you guys give me. It really helps knowing I have people who support me in my journey.

A candy bar here and there won't make a difference. :)
In our family ice-cream cake is the norm on Birthdays and my b-day is coming up along with my DH's, then my DH's father and brother (born on the same day) and my mother-in-laws... I am already dreading it.... There will be so much ice-cream calling my name... LOL
Shopping is a menace, I really hate it. Going grocery shopping once in every two weeks, that is about all I can handle.
Do you do cardio and weights on the same day? If so which one do you do first? Just curious what works for you.

Yes, I know that having a cheat day isn't the end of the world. lol :) Anyways i am back on track as far as food and stuff. Today so far has been good.

Breakfast: raspberry shake: 4 ice cubes, 6oz raspberry yogurt and 1/2 cup-1% milk. (180 cals, 2g fat, 30g carbs, 11g protein)

Lunch: 2 lean turkey sandwichs: 4 slices of wheat bread 4 thin slices of turkey lunch meat and 1 tablespoon mayo. and a plum( 401 cals, 14g fat, 54g carbs, 17g protein)

Snack: 18 mini rice cakes(140 cals, 5g fat, 22g carbs, 2g protein)

Dinner: Grilled hamburgers: 3 of them 2 with just cheese and 1 with a teaspoon of mayo and cheese on 2 slices wheat bread (551 cals, 27g fat, 31g carbs, 48g protein)

snack: cherry yogurt(80 cals)
Total so far for the day: 1273 cals, 47g fat, 136g carbs, 77g protein

Exercise: 30 minutes cardio; 2 sets of 20 squats. 2 sets of 20 for biceps and triceps. and 100 crunches. (burned about 500 cals from cardio)
Water for the day: 84 oz.

Just a small post from me to everyone that supports me

Hello and Good Evening everyone. Thanks for stopping by my diary if you did so today.

Today was a good day as i had tons of energy to get things done and i got my workout in even pushed myself to do an exercise 25 crunches instead of just the 75 I had orginally planned on doing. :)

Tomorrow's agenda is to workout in the backyard cleaning it up and playing with my son until it gets to warm to do anymore and then come inside and do some cardio and crunches and maybe some weight lifting. I'm also planning on cleaning a little inside the house. still have like 2 loads of laundry to do. yuck.. lol anyways hope everyone has a great day and great weigh in's if its that day tomorrow.

Keep up all the good work and thanks for supporting me in my journey to lose this weight and get into a healthy lifestyle for myself and my family. :hug2: :hug2:

Ok well its 11:40 pm and its time to head to bed or I won't be able to get up early enough to go out and do my work outside so hope you all have a great night if your still up.
 
Thanks amber for stopping by. I didn't get my yardwork done at all today so tomorrow I'm down to get it done. Not sure what the temp is going to be but i am going to make sure that I will drink plenty of water.

Haha see i told you all if i didn't go to bed early enough things weren't going to get done.. :doh:
well today got totally thrown off as we didn't get up and moving around until 10 am which meant no breakfast for me. Lunch was 4 pieces of bacon, cherry yogurt and a medium banana and 2 hard boiled eggs. Dinner was 2 cups of mac and cheese with tuna mixed in. Snacks are going to be figured out here in a little bit once i get alex to bed and then get my stuff ready to eat and then get my rest of my work out in.

So far for exercise i have done 2 sets of 20 bicep curls, and 2 sets of overhead tricep extentions which seem harder to do then normal. 2 sets of side raises and then 2 sets of 20 squats.

the plan is to do 30 minutes of cardio and then do some reclining leg lifts for to help with the legs and lower abs and then about 50 crunches as my abs are still sore from pushing so much on them yesterday.

so not sure on total cals but i am betting it was well under the 1500 that i have been aiming for during the week. oh well tomorrow is sure to be a interesting day as we have to take my mom's truck back to the shop again so we will be down to just my car for the day maybe the weekend depending on what needs to be fixed this time around.

Hope everyone has a great weekend and the forum doesn't go down again as i know some of us probably went through withdrawls from not being able to post on the forum.. i know i tried off and on all day to get into it.
