Yes, I know that having a cheat day isn't the end of the world. lol

Anyways i am back on track as far as food and stuff. Today so far has been good.
Breakfast: raspberry shake: 4 ice cubes, 6oz raspberry yogurt and 1/2 cup-1% milk. (180 cals, 2g fat, 30g carbs, 11g protein)
Lunch: 2 lean turkey sandwichs: 4 slices of wheat bread 4 thin slices of turkey lunch meat and 1 tablespoon mayo. and a plum( 401 cals, 14g fat, 54g carbs, 17g protein)
Snack: 18 mini rice cakes(140 cals, 5g fat, 22g carbs, 2g protein)
Dinner: Grilled hamburgers: 3 of them 2 with just cheese and 1 with a teaspoon of mayo and cheese on 2 slices wheat bread (551 cals, 27g fat, 31g carbs, 48g protein)
snack: cherry yogurt(80 cals)
Total so far for the day: 1273 cals, 47g fat, 136g carbs, 77g protein
Exercise: 30 minutes cardio; 2 sets of 20 squats. 2 sets of 20 for biceps and triceps. and 100 crunches. (burned about 500 cals from cardio)
Water for the day: 84 oz.
