Well thank you guys!
As for exercise - I am taking it slow. After all I haven't eaten for days now. So yesterday I did an hour on the stationary bike, which was really convenient.
As for protein - (because of the exercise/toning etc) - I decided to add some spirulina/chlorella to my diet.
Chlorella contains fifty-eight grams of protein per one hundred grams of weight. By comparison, beef and chicken have twenty-four to twenty-eight grams of protein per one hundred grams of weight. (naturalnews.com)
Today is DAY 3 of Juicing - and the scale is down to 245. New low. This is awesome considering I was up 249 after the weekend. I kinda knew "easy come easy go" will help me to get rid of weekend weight.

Today I am having:
Morning: Lemon water followed by pineapple-mint-grapefruit juice
Afternoon: Carrot-apple-lemon juice + water
Evening: Celery-Parsley-Cucumber-Kale-Apple-Lemon-Lime-Orange + water & herbal tea
I am planning on doing an hour of light exercise in the afternoon: probably walking.
Yesterday evening I had a bit of cravings but not too bad. I also considered quitting this weekend. But my husband decided to join me for Saturday & Sunday - so I might as well continue, right? I just want to make it to at least 8 days.
I also cook for my husband every day - it's not a problem

only I have trouble knowing when pasta/rice is ready! I can't try them! So far there were no complaints!
