I am feeling calm at the moment. Have you heard of Bach Flower essences? I love them. Thank goodness for them, they are a miracle. I just wrote an email to you![]()
Well, Bach was the guy who discovered it way back when.
Basically, flowers have energy in them that can be transferred to water by having them sit in sunlight for a period of time.
Each flower has a remedy for a certina ailment, wether emotional, or physical.
It's really amazing because after taking them, you will start to feel calmer and more able to deal with things, but it's such a small shift in how you feel that you almost dont realize it if you dont pay attention.
Their most famous remedy is the 'Rescue Remedy' which somes in a spray, or dropper. It's really great for stressful situations.
The essences come in so many varities, and help so many everyday problems that people have a hard time finding solutions to. The newest one i have found is the crab apple which "helps you to accecpt your physical imperfections and feel better about the way you are." Another one that my cousin got me is for greif.
I guess after taking them, I can describe how I feel as more focused, and things dont seem so unbearable.

Quick Q. Ive been talking to a few body builders (female and male) because im interested in taking it up now im past my main goal.
Anyway, Some of them have told me about comps, what they eat and do workout wise, and a couple were telling me about taking some thermogenics or something similar for about 4 weeks before the comps to get the body fat % down. Is this normal? acceptable? and if so are there ones to avoid or choose or is it better to use diet (CAN you do it with diet alone?).
Building the muscle doesnt seem to be a problem with me, but im worried a tad about taking pills![]()
Thanks for this....I REALLY needed it today. For some reason, I drank FOUR cans of Pepsi today. Now I am sitting here feeling like crap because the sugar is making me ill and I am feeling even WORSE with the guilt of having drank them. I have not done anything remotely similar to this since I started dieting...so why now, I ask myslef.
But at least I know that tomorrow is another day and failing doesn't mean backpedaling. (Though I probably need to do a lot of some kind of pedaling to burn off this Pepsi)![]()

pardon my ignorance for a moment... but bulking is gaining weight -- cutting is losing weight as I think I understand it - -isn't that really stressful on your body to do that? I know you're not gaining weight by eating hohos and twinkies ad you aren't losing weight by reducing calories to nil.. but isn't that hard on your body? I mean the selfish side of me says your body is so pretty to look at... I wouldn't want to see it messed up![]()
