i need advice, ive been working out for the past 8-9 months, mostly on upper body. I usually work my chest hard and have pretty strong pecs for my size and age. But no matter how hard i try i cant do a one handed push up. Yet i was watching and episode of "MADE" on mtv about a girl who wanted to become a female fitness preformer, and was albe to do several one handed push ups in only 2 weeks. Am i doing something wrong?
