Read these books right now

I am usually a frequent poster on this forum but i have been disappointed by the lack of intelligent posts recently. There are still a few but most consist of here is my crazy routine what am I doing wrong or how to I get bigger biceps or what can I do to get a better body for my girlfriend. While I can understand why some people would want to know this information it gets a little repetitive and boring so I want to reccomend a few books to everyone to check out so they know all of these questions and don't keep asking them over and over. Here goes.....

New Rules of Lifting: Six Basic Moves for Maximum Muscle
by: Lou Schuler, Alwyn Cosgrove


Men's Health: The Book of Muscle--The World's Most Complete Guide to Building Your Body
by: Lou Schuler, Ian King


The New Optimum Nutrition Bible
by: Patrick Holford


Advanced Nutritional Therapies
by: Kenneth H. Cooper

This is a start just buy one of these books or get it from your library it will tell you everything you need to know from lifting techniques to supplements and nutrition, protein questions to hyperplasia. I used to post a lot of questions on this board but after reading these I can give all the answers. Check them out. Thanks!
 
I hope that you are not talking about the routine I posted, when you said crazy routines. As far as your response to that routine, you made some fairly general and, I believe, inaccurate statements about the program. I asked you to clarify your statement, but you never did. Since you said that you have all the answers, please post a little more detailed criticism of the program.

actually no i wasn't. i was talking about guys routines on here which include 3 sets of biceps every day and absolutly no legs at all. I was talking about the guys who think a couple of crunches will melt their body fat and get them rock hard abs. I was talking about the guys who don't know a macronutrient from a donut. Those guys are the ones who especially need to read those books.

So your saying that if I work my bi's everyday they won't get bigger??

thing is, people who want help come here and post their programs, if we see something wrong we try our best to help. We have people here who knowa their stuff, and some who just wants help.
