Thanks Fuunky...it just seemed like alot of food,...especially the Japanese food,..they bring it on one of those "boxes"...and not really sure all that you ordered you think wow,..this looks good and it just your soup/ salad/rice and califronia roll to start,..then comes the main course,... the bigger better box of food :) and we ate it all,..rolled outa there...I just made it look good in the dairy but saying "japanese food"..looks so harmless like that

But yes,..a good feed even on healthier stuff once inawhile...keeps ya going and yes back to my regular diet monday!

and I ate two more cookies after i posted on Sunday night but other than that....life goes on
 
I always think of Japanese food as being very healthy for some reason. I figure as long as I steer clear of the rice and the tempura I'm good. I usually have miso soup, a veggie roll, and a salad with ginger dressing. What's in a California roll? I know it has fish, so I wouldn't be able to eat it, but I'm curious anyway. Have you ever noticed that the majority of Japanese girls are super skinny?! I always do, which I guess it why I think of Japanese food as being healthy. I'm a nut.

OKey dokey coaster girl,..i am never afraid of a kick in the butt....so lets be like cheerleaders,...with pom poms and everything,..high kicks,..cute lil skirts,..uhm maybe skip that part til I reach my goal...lol

I will do the same for you...the daycare stuff kinda got me a lil side tracked so maybe that is why I dont feel as connected...but I will keep going that is for sure!!!!!!!

LOL...actually I had a kid size bowl on the side,...moving on up in the diet world!!!!!!!!!!
Well went and did a HUGE grocery shop....and lots of diet stuff. wash and cut all my raw veggies to grab as snacks...no fat dairies, lean meats and fish,fruits and veggies,... low carb breads. Variety of no fat salad dressing...Oh so organized to eat well....feeling more peppy!!!!!!!

Well I'm picky so your menu doesn't look all too appetizing to me. LOL! :p ALTHOUGH it does look like you're doing a great job. So keep it up!

Hey Jenn, since you've hit 75 pounds I'd love to see some before and after pics if you have any. Maybe they'll inspire everyone! You're doing so great-what did you put on your veggie sandwich?

OH no just 65,...I was sayng I wanted to lose another 10 before my daughters birthday in MAY and then I would hit my third goal of 75, and just 25 left to go. I was saying how I needed to make another smaller goal just like rosered. However still happy with 65!!!!!

Here is the dealy,....I do not have many before pics as you know us big gals are very clever at avoiding the camera,..we are always the photographer. I do have one pic that motivated me,..but its a Halloween pic and I am wearing a costume,..and well it certainly shows my then size none the less, its just so gawd awful,..putting it on the internet,..ah come on...LOL. We do have one friend that always has his damn camera where ever we go and I did see some pics of me, that I thought were dreadful, but at least its without a costume (gives me some dignity) so perhaps I can get my hands on one of those. I definitley will do it,..I wanted to show a 100lb lose though!!...once your thin...who gives a crap about the before pic.
