Dont worry not starving..when I say salad sometimes its in a mixing bowl!!!!!!!!!! with every veggie that could go in a salad, eggs get in there, cheese gets in there, sometimes meat (ask scrappy)..I justbored of writing it all out...

Also my fruit portions are large,..my fruit salad sometimes has three to four full fruits in it...and I eat it all

With veggies and fruit portion control is not an issue to me.
 
i understand about not wanting to post every little thing. I'm sure you arn't starving, but I dont' know if I could get away with eating like that! Of course, I havn't exactly lost 65 pds either!
 
Newbride....I feel ya,..when I started out it was hard,..now to eat other stuff I dont feel good after, suttfed and too full. I eat every two to three hours.

Just wanted to pop in and say HOWDY :p Thank you for posting in my diary I will have time to read everyones diary on the weekends so I can get involved in some of the feedback. Once again thanks and good luck!!!

I agree, fruits and veggies are the two things that don't need to be monitored as far as portion control goes. You're doing great as always, keep it up!
 
Lots of company this weekend,..and didnt get a chance to post...I hope everyone has had a lovely easter,.or for those that dont easter, a nice long weekend.

I did ok over the weekend,...good for weight maintenace but perhaps not for weight loss...but hey that is one of my goals, enjoy hoildays but not to over do.

Back to posting food tomorrow.
 
My computer is going to be reformatted,..having a lil trouble with it,...so if you dont see me around for a week,...it just that...I have not fallen off to the way side.

Oh its comming Jennifer! You have done SO EXTREMELY WELL!!! You are SOOO close to your 3rd weight loss goal and you'll be on the home stretch! What are you going to do for yourself when you reach your goal?
 
well I wanted to lose all my weight by Dec 2005,..when I turn 40. ( I think I will get to my goal before then.
I would love to go on a trip...and of course buys some clothes. I am getting that motivation bug again!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Yeah! We will make a great team Jen! Are you going to the gym tonight? I'm going to take the kids for a walk, and when the baby goes down for a nap, I'll do my pilates vid. Lets get moving!
 
ok ok im going to get on the bike for 1/2 hour tonight you girls have made me feel guilty.... your doing terrific jen keep going girl.

This stuff is all so mental,..not like in crazzzzzzzy but as in the success of it all really depend on the mindset

Thank rosered,..and Korrie,...gurrlnomore..wanna join us on our 20 lbs goal by June 14 is that I have to recheck I forget...its about 1.5 lbs per week
and 45 minutes minutes of work out at least three times a week,..i just added that one Korrie...sorry to be so bossy.

That would be 80 lbs between the four of,,,that a lot of blubber!!!

Hoping on getting to the gym.depending on hubbies meeting tonight,..has some clients over. If not will make it at least three time this week NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!!!
