You don't look like you are going to turn 40 in your picture. More like late 20's. Way to go! Sounds like you are doing well, great idea getting the kids involved. They can help keep you motivated!
 
Hey girls, join our 20 lb club....maybe you should start a thread on that one Jen?? I bet you can not wait!! Your sooo close to meeting your goal!! I swear I will give my all to excersizing, but i'm not promising I can get in 45 mins, unless house cleaning and chasing after kids count, lol.
 
Ahhhh thanks ladies,....I guess all the plumpness in my face over the years paid off,...didnt let the wrnikles come in. My grandma is 93 and she looks not a day over 60...thick lovely grey hair,...beautiful skin, lovely hands....she is in great healthy body and spirit too....still drives her lil car about town...taking her old buddies (all younger than her)...to the senior centre...LOL.

You are doing so well! I'm up for the challenge of 20 pounds gone by June 14. I exercise for 30 minutes 5 days a week, which works out to about the same.
And you are so right... mindset is so important!

i haven't read your diary in a while, and i have to say.. WOW! Keep up the amazing work! I totally need to eat better, and today I finally had a decent day. I'm inspired to keep it up because of you =) Thanks for just being you =)
