40 pounds!! Good for you! I love your thought that you've lost the weight of one of your children. What a "visual" picturing your body constantly carrying around a youngster. Don't you feel more relaxed just knowing that you've lost 40 pounds?

After kindgarten was out, went to the grocery store....stocked up the fridge with good healthy stuff...and when we got home I washed, chopped cleaned and put it all in container so it also looks sooo pretty...dont you think that is important a pretty fridge????....I need a new hobby I think :eek: .

Dinner
variation of a taco salad with out the taco...some seasoned ground beef, black beans, bit of cheese grated, homemade salsa (yum) :eek: spicey!, and yello, red, greenl peppers...on a bed of a variation of lettuces,..add some low cal ranch dressing..OMG it was soooooooo good.

Last night I started suffering from some gasto intenstine pain (get it periodically)...but wow I think I would have rather given birth to a calf instead. I am still tendar and sore but on the mend hopefully :( ,...and the thought of eating is not resting well... going to go and pamper with a warm bubble bath and some tea and put on the flannels. Thank goodness kids have no dance class, piano lessens, basketball games today. :eek:

Well I have to concentrate on health for the next few says,...no diary, no caffiene and no protien. Its been a rough go the past few days ...yeah kids and hubby for being sooooo awesome.

Have you tryed peppermint tea...that's supposed to be good for your digestion etc. Seams to make me worse for some reason though :rolleyes:

eating foods high in soluble fiber helps when i have problems, unfortunatley they don't tend to be that diet friendly. (white bread, white pasta, rice, potatoes, poridge) So i've switched to a fiber suppliment called benefiber which is great cause it fills u up and has no callories or carbs!!
 
Ah thanks for the tip....yes those foods all make me feel better but killer for the diet....I am thinking that the slim fast may have brought on the attack,..perhaps all that milk....and all the minerals and (even though I drink soooo much water)...its a thought will try it again slowly and if I see the trigger, well then I know for sure. Eating more fruit and all that stuff actually helps me, and I havent really had any problems since dieting, which was awesome. To be honest I have never had an attack like that one...whew,..and I hope its a one time thing,....but, actaully got up and did a bunch of housework today,....so feeling much better.
 
Good that you're feeling better. Maybe you could make the slim fst with non-fat soy milk to cut out the dairy. (Dairy is my main trigger, paticularly cheese, but some times u just gotta have pizza!)
 
Oh you are so smart.....I will try that...I dont usually drink so much milk for extended periods so I am almost sure that is it.
