Ah thanks for the tip....yes those foods all make me feel better but killer for the diet....I am thinking that the slim fast may have brought on the attack,..perhaps all that milk....and all the minerals and (even though I drink soooo much water)...its a thought will try it again slowly and if I see the trigger, well then I know for sure. Eating more fruit and all that stuff actually helps me, and I havent really had any problems since dieting, which was awesome. To be honest I have never had an attack like that one...whew,..and I hope its a one time thing,....but, actaully got up and did a bunch of housework today,....so feeling much better.
