Snow then ice storm last night.
The van is covered in a sheet of 1/2 inch ice (I mean the entire van!!!!!),..our cul de sac is a sheet of ice,....thus will not be venturing out to the gym. Didnt go yeterday either as we had family day of rmy oldest birthday. I know its the gym that really helps me in loosing the weight....but I will still keep pluggin at it, until this crazy weather settles down. Food wise I am ok,...but to honest before I really didnt eat much more except for snacking at night, I am just really wanting to get going again..
I had an epiphany last night as I tucked my youngest two kids into bed,..Their weights are 35 and 45 lbs. I have lost 40lbs,...so basically I have lost the size of one of them and have the other one still to loose. I am loosing as much as my youngest two weigh off of my body. It finally hit me what I am doing here,...size wise,..and I am imaging if I had to carry these two around all the time....what a physical burden it would be. Not sure what emotion this is evoking....none the less it it motivating me to keep going!!
