Here's my story

I have gained as much as 5 Lbs (2.3kg) in water and waste weight from one day to the next as a result of alcohol and red meat. What I find works for me on days when I experience spikes like that is to flush my system with drinking lots of water, eating only fruit and drinking green tea for a day.

That's the kind of error I get on fitday, for almost everything I need to save.
 
Have you set up your profile? It sounds like it is having trouble accessing it...

The first thing that you should do as you create your account is set up your profile information.

I have never known anyone try to use it without doing that first... Having said that - we all set ours up a long time ago in what is probably a different version of it...

It looks up food etc fine for me today - I've just been in it... but of course my profile data was set up years ago...

There is a "profile" tab along the top - click on it... - I have my lifestyle set to "very low activity (sedentary)" so I can add in any exercise as I do it... I note that there is a new option there since I last looked of "preferred theme" and mine is set to "fitday classic"...

You also want to go into the "weight" tab and enter your current weight.

I've just created a new dummy account and I see that it has new screens...

If you edit the account to change it to "fitday classic" it looks just like mine...
I have added some food into the new dummy account ok...
 
Well, I didn't do anything of my day yersteday, absolutely nothing but watching TV on my bed, yet I'm at 92.2 kg (203 lbs ) this morning.

Someone gotta tell me what's up.
 
lol thanks, on the other hand I made myself an infusion of Carduus marianus so it maybe washed my whole system ( I've peed a lot in the evening )
 
I bought oatmeal today, I'm gonna try to eat it in the morning instead of my usual cereals, I have no idea why people think it isn't tasty, I kinda like it!
 
I love oatmeal, it's one of the things I've been missing the most since I became allergic to it.
Cooking it to a porridge is excellent too. It's the girls' favorite breakfast.
 
Nice, I'm going to start eating mine tomorrow also. I wanted to this morning but we were a bit stressed getting Lucien ready for the crèche and papa ready for work and dealing with the little Owen that I just had a quick piece of toast.

Did you eat it with anything or just plain?
 
Since I've made that day-break where I stood in my bed all the day watching TV and drinking infusion to clean my body, the weight seems to drop really nicely, we shall all have a day break from time to time I guess !

91.8 kg (202.3 lbs)
