Here's my story

Well, I just came back from walking my dog, I'm not sure yet what I'm gonna do today, but I'm surely gonna walk her again in the evening, it became a strong habbit, I almost can't live without walking her at least once a day.
I still eat chocolate cereals like every morning with a little of milk and a coffee, recently I've been drinking soup every evening and trying to limit my food in-take for the lunch, I still don't eat anything in between, another habbit, I don't even think about eating anymore in between.

It's great that you have built an excellent habit of not snacking between meals.

Also that you are continuing to do plenty of walking... Walking was the main exercise that I used in my big project from 2007 to 2009. It really works!

I am sure that you do not need me to mention that chocolate cereals are not the healthiest option... They can be quite high in calories and full of sugar... if you can change your tastes towards a healthier cereal it would give you other calories for your other meals... I think that weetabix is a healthier option - and if I eat it I add granulated sweetener instead of sugar... Porridge can be good - but you do not always want a hot breakfast - especially in the summer... Sometimes a non-cereal breakfast can be good... I am currently loving eating 0% yoghurt with lots of fruit for breakfast...

I recommend a healthier breakfast also.
After baby is born I'm switching from toast to oats.
Packet cereal and muslie is so high in sugars with the exception of weetbix and oats.

well my whole breakfast consist of 100 calories, is it too much? It's kinda chocolate, but it's also rich in fiber and in a lot of vitamin.

That is very low in calories for a chocolate cereal with milk serving. Have you weighed and measured the quantities?

A coco pops variety pack (which is a small 30g serving) has 116 calories with no milk. Those variety packs are tiny... Most people opt for a bigger serving...

If there is no mistake - your cereal sounds interesting... what is the name of it? my husband cannot resist chocolate cereal... I'll get him to try it...

I'll give you all the informations tomorow as I don't have acces to it right now, but yea 30 g of cereals + milk = 130 calories, but I only eat 20 g of cereals myself as it looks like already a lot.

I agree, it's a tiny proportion.
I'm also curious on what one you're eating.

I made a choice a while back to not get my kids into the habit of cereal for breakfast I will offer toast, oats or weetbix.

At the moment Lucien still has a bottle as he wants one and a piece of toast, sometimes he will have a yogurt also.
It's so hard with kids, sometimes they eat hardly anything and other times they eat like there's no tomorrow. Depending on growth spurts I guess?

I've also been on the look out for a healthy homemade Muesli bar recipe. I have issues saying no to Muesli just as much as saying no to chocolate.

I usually eat like 24 to 26 gr of cereal for breakfast, and that's already a pretty small portion to me.

When you combine this with soup in the evening and an effort to limit your food at lunch time - I am actually a bit concerned about whether you are eating enough to sustain you over the long term and also whether you are likely to be hitting the various nutritional RDAs for good health... There is a big difference between getting some protein and getting enough protein... You can say the same for things like fibre, calcium, water, and even healthy fats...

If you eat too little now - it will impact how many calories your body will allow you to get in the future for maintenance...

93.4 kg ( 205 lbs ), good thing it dropped. I don't feel so good today tho, + it's so hot that I don't even know if I have fever or not...

What should I do then? To be honest I don't feel like eating more, I mean I don't feel the need of it anymore ( call me lucky ).

Oh by the way, I can't tell you the brand of my cereals because I instantly put them in a closed glass to keep them away from dust/insects and so on, but I'll probably buy this brand soon again anyway.

I recommend that you log your food for a couple of days in something like or dailyplate or one of these tools that count up not just your calories - but also your other nutrients and see exactly what you are having...

It could be that your soup for instance is very substantial or your lunch is particularly healthy and I am worrying needlessly...

I just know that if people cut their calories too low they can find themselves stuck with having to have a low amount of calories in maintenance because their bodies have got used to them eating so little...

Also - it can be tempting to think that less calories is always better... It isnt... We all need to eat a certain amount of all the healthy nutrients to stay healthy... our bodies still need us to be getting enough protein... our teeth and bones still need us to be having enough calcium... it takes calories to hit those targets...

Things wouldn't load and show me that the site has occured an error, or it would delay the action so long that it couldn't work, such things.

I've never had a problem with fitday...

I maybe tried it one of these day where it bugged a lot, but I know I'm not the only one in my case...I made some search back then and I heard people with the same occuring errors than I had.
Anyway, I tried some other website like livestrong and I can't really make something accurate, my lunch are often a lot more than just 2 aliments.
