Well, I just came back from walking my dog, I'm not sure yet what I'm gonna do today, but I'm surely gonna walk her again in the evening, it became a strong habbit, I almost can't live without walking her at least once a day.
I still eat chocolate cereals like every morning with a little of milk and a coffee, recently I've been drinking soup every evening and trying to limit my food in-take for the lunch, I still don't eat anything in between, another habbit, I don't even think about eating anymore in between.
It's great that you have built an excellent habit of not snacking between meals.
Also that you are continuing to do plenty of walking... Walking was the main exercise that I used in my big project from 2007 to 2009. It really works!
I am sure that you do not need me to mention that chocolate cereals are not the healthiest option... They can be quite high in calories and full of sugar... if you can change your tastes towards a healthier cereal it would give you other calories for your other meals... I think that weetabix is a healthier option - and if I eat it I add granulated sweetener instead of sugar... Porridge can be good - but you do not always want a hot breakfast - especially in the summer... Sometimes a non-cereal breakfast can be good... I am currently loving eating 0% yoghurt with lots of fruit for breakfast...
