Here's my story

Ouch. That kind of temp though might be better where you are. When it gets above 30 in Paris it's dreadful with all the cars and concrete,

90.7 kg ( 199 lbs ) this morning.

These 100 grams lost since yersteday are a victory, when I was on the scale 10 minutes ago I noticed in the mirror how much I was slimmer, visually the change is really impressive for me since I didn't know myself capable of being that thin, I'm really impatient to lose these 10 last pounds and see what's next.

Thanks Guideon & MLB!

I just read a bit of your diary. Losing 17 Kg on not even 2 full months its amazing. I wish i could do that.

Also, walking for 6 hours requires an extraordinary commitment, good job on the new clothing size, too. My "skinny" jeans were size 44-46...

oh god how i miss those jeans...

Keep up the good job and you will be where you want to be in no time. :)

Thanks, actually it's 25 kg ( I started my diet before this thread );
I hope you can reach your skinny size again :p I feel better being in these pants as I probably never were able to wear that size ( I always been fat )

This evening was an abuse evening, at least 6 beers & 4 martini + some pizza since my brother came at my house and I hadn't seen him for ages, but it doesn't really matter however, these days has to happen from time to time.
