Thanks both for your supportive words, yea I had a lot of great time, we're both musician and composer, so we really had a good time with the piano/guitar.
 
Sometimes you need to have fun to heck with calories - if your good 80% of the time things should balance themselves out - I read that somewhere lol
 
I've did my 7 hours walk today, but unsure it helps since my brother is here I'm really not paying attention anymore to my alcohol & food consommation.
 
It's great your brother is there. Enjoys his visit.
It's ok I be a bit slack while he is there as long as he not staying A long time :p
 
I need dyonisos to hop off my d***, I had a severe case of alcohol abuse yersteday, I reached this well known point of : why did I do that?
I think I'm done with alcohol for quite some time.

Beside that, the walk sessions yersteday probably helped since I'm at 89.4 kg (197 lbs) this morning and this is a big step for me !
 
I say that every time I drink to much..... Never again but I always do it again lol

Yep, the tiredness lol, I remember years ago I could drink all night and be up early for work, now I can't drink half as much and I'm tired for three days after lol
 
Didn't weight, but doesn't matter, I'm gonna take the longest circuit here ( 4 hours & 30 of walk ) in less than 10 minutes, will feel great doing it in the morning for once.
 
Nice job on getting the walk in. I will fully admit that the heat is one of the few things that will keep me from exercising.
 
The result of this week with my brother is 1 kilo gained, this is annoying but well, 91 kg ( 200.6 lbs )

I'm 11 kgs of goal, and I'm resolute to reach this goal.
