Here's my story

Today I'm gonna do the longest circuit where I live ( 4 hours to 4 hours 30 ) ( I did it before my day break btw + 2 hours walk in the morning, so maybe it has something to do with my great lose these last days, no idea )

Oh by the way, I've eaten less than 20 grams of oatmeal, it really is too much lol, they told me on the box to eat 30 grams for a breakfast, what the fuck, it's just too much.
 
Great walk! 6 hours is long,
I made 50 gm this morning and thought it was to much also but I ate it all with a compot.
I think it just looks a lot or my belly can just fit it in lol

Remember, it's 2 hours in the morning, and 4 hours 30 after that, I made a lunch break in between. I have absolutely no idea of the distance walked but I would like to know !

You need to take advantage now that free do phones! We got our iphones so cheap with virgin and pay, 10 euros a month for unlimited 3G Internet, unlimited text and 2 hours call time.
Before free released phone memberships we were paying 30 euros each a month.

There are also some websites where you can track your run on maps, something like and then calculate distance
But not sure if all the trails you walk are on there.
But it could be usefull to check it out, maybe there's a similar French site.
