Sorry to keep you in suspense Clare Bare….

I am training an individual from Long Island this week so its been a hectic morning hehe. My work out this morning was great! I actually RAN 3 miles today in a half hour…. Walking for 4 of those minutes. I felt amazing afterwards. AND, due to Michael Jackson music overload lately with all the TV and Radio specials on him… I found that his music is AWSOME to run to at a speed of 6.5-6.8. hehe. I also did my circuit training, I did incline leg press, weight assisted pull ups, the side bend machine thingy ( still have no idea what its called), and my ab routine. It felt amazing getting up early for my work out. It was hard waking up but my sister was suppose to go today too… so I knew it would be rude to just roll over and sleep in and have her waiting for me! Well, she no showed ME!!! So I was there alone… but hey… I got there at least!
I am sitting at a weight between 127-129…. It keeps fluctuating between there. It drives me nuts because to me it seems like I am gaining evertime it goes up to 129! Im still eating pretty well so I am really not sure what it is that is causing me to hang in right there….. Regardless… I feel amazing which is truly what is important.
Part of me does feel like a failure though….

I was suppose to be at 120 by the end of june per my originaly goal I set for myself….. and I did not make it.

So…… I guess its time for a new goal!
NEW GOAL: I would like to be at 120 by September 15th, 2009. I also would like to be running 3 miles NONSTOP within 25 minutes. Those are my two goals.
( if I hit my target weight before sept 15…. Ill make a new fitness goal )
Wish me luck!!!! Ill need it hehe.

Breakfast
Coffee with sugarfree creamer and splenda
Berry Blast cheerios w/ skim milk
Lunch
Asian Chicken salad ( about ½) *it was yucky*
Low fat organic yogurt strawberry smoothie
French baguette
Snack 2:00pm blueberry green tea with 1 splenda
Snack 3:30pm 5 Pretzals, Coffee
Snack 5:30pm 90 cal low fat granola bar, 1 partskim string cheese
Dinner
1 turkey burger on whole wheat w/ lettuce, miracle whip, ½ slice of cheese, mustard, sm amount of ketchup
2% cottage cheese
Dessert
Whole wheat waffle ( 70 cal), fat free cool whip (40 cal), mixed frozen berries – no sugar added
